Smooth Vapes

Spent over $ 1300 dollars at this store on tanks and mod boxes and loved this store until a product stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer only to find out that it was a counterfeit product. Fought with smooth Vapes for days before they’d agree to come to a resolution. Can’t believe I spent so much money and referred so many people to a place full of scum bags trying to make good money off of bad products. Don’t waste your hard earned money here when there are honest shops close by.

These guys are great, I am off cigarettes and love my new vaporizer! They are very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with all my newbie questions.

Excellent shop! They’ve got a cool area to sit and vape, as well as an awesome supply of juices! So if you’re in need of anything vape-​related, this is the first place I would stop! The owner is also a super awesome guy, who really cares about his customers. This is what the vape industry needs.

This place is great. Knowledgeable staff, wide selection of products and over 100 juice flavors!
The best part is they mix flavors in the shop however you’d like. Any combo, nic level and VG/​PG ratio you specify. Juice prices are super competitive too.

I love Smooth Vapes. I have a special mix that Maggie makes especially for me. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to earn extra points and free stuff. Local art makes the place interesting and you can sample all the flavors while you relax in the lounge area. There is also a grab bag basket where you can get discounted liquid for way cheap. I use it to try out flavors.
It gets a little vappy in there at times, but over all a great vape shop! It’s the only one I go to now because I know I’ll get the same product every time!

Very cool people, pretty solid inventory as well, they are knowledgeable about the items and have tons of house flavored as well as a quality craft juices, that Along with there cute puppies and late hours makes this my go to vapor shop!

I’m partial to this store because I have love for all those who make it run each and every day. That being said, every single individual who works in and own the store are passionate about what they do! And it shows! Very very knowledgeable staff who can all point you in the right direction; whether you’re new to vaping or a seasoned mech-​modder, these people will absolutely GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure that when you walk out the door, you leave with total confidence that you have a thorough understanding of the products you’ve purchased and, should you need additional assistance, you feel totally welcome to return or call any of these unpretentious staff members with any questions. Maggi’s juice… AMAZING! Daniel’s ELEMENT line is fairly new but please, do yourself a favor and try them. I recommend Water and Fire myself. Overall, these people CARE about what they do and it shows!!!

The customer service here is the best! I have been trying to get my mom and daughter to quit smoking so many thanks to Maggie, Adam, and Josh for being so helpful and understanding. They have the best vape pens and accessories and the juice is top notch!

I fell off the wagon, and went back to smoking. But, Maggie & the Boys didn’t give up on me. They are amazing people. After not having seen me for a couple weeks they asked my sister what happened, and if I was ok. When they were told I was having health problems they pressed my sister, as well as friends of mine that came in, for updates as to how I was doing, every single time she/​they went in. They don’t care if I come in and spend a single penny or not. They care about me as a person. That’s not customer service, that’s awesome human beings who truly care about the people they connect with through their shop. The truly mind blowing thing, they treat EVERYONE like that. If you’re looking for *just* a vape shop, they are every where. But, if you’re looking for the best customer service you’ve ever gotten, great prices, loyalty incentives, very well researched, high quality products, knowledgeable staff that care enough to remember your name & preferences, the widest range of juice flavors (they will make juices specially tailored to your taste, with different doses of nicotine, ranging from the casual smoker to the *gimme a cigarette and no body gets hurt* smoker, *I’m the latter*), NO hard sell tactics, and a staff that refuses to let you walk out the door unsatisfied, then you need to go to Smooth Vapes. They’ll even work on your custom juice until YOU think it’s perfect. You aren’t treated like just another customer. You’re a friend, and you’re treated that way every time you go in. I had been to several vape shops before going to this one, I refuse to ever go any where else. I even have a friend whose SO lives in the UK, he lives in Montana, and he buys their juices here. That’s how great this shop, the staff, and the people that own it are. They have set the bar really high in every aspect for any other vape shop in the metro area. I’m back on the wagon, and I have Maggie (and The Boys) to thank for it. You guys are the best!!! Thank you.

Great store! I am not from here, just here this week for work and I needed more e juice. Decided to go here because it has such great reviews and I can see why. This place is great. I wish I had this store back home. If I ever come here again I will definitely stop by this store again and refer my friends there. Great prices, great product and juice selection and great people! Its a win all the way around. If you are thinking about checking out this vape shop I would highly recommend it!

The owner and employees of this shop were very nice and personable. However, it was very dirty and smelt like wet dog (yes I know they have a dog). They might’ve had good product but the layout was tacky and didn’t feel welcoming or inviting so we did not stick around to find out.

I love this store. I won’t go anywhere else for any vapig supplies. Maggi Justin rock my taste buds. Daniel wraps my sick ass coils and Justin and Adam are super knowledgeable! Best spot hands down

I am from California and vape shops are on like every corner or shopping center in every city. They make you feel like family with their beyond pristine and caring customer service and Quality products. The most caring and uplifting helpful staff i have ever done business with. They are dedicated to helping people quit smoking and Give great positive reinforcement you can tell they care about there customers and there cause. Not to mention they only carry outside juice from only colorado juice makers. Totally local minded.
With the best in house made juice i have ever tasted! What ever you want They’ll mix it or try to mimic it a flavor you already love. Even Whatever mixture of nicotine and Pg/​Vg you desire.

I feel like I’ve been a flavor schizo lately, but I was in a fruity mood and had no fruity flavors… so it was Unilocal to the rescue yet again!
I found Smooth Vapes easily enough (thank goodness for GPS on my pocket computer) and was immediately greeted at the door by an adorable gray shar-​pei named Winnifred (sp?). The shop had a few customers trying flavors and several other customers wandered in while I was there, everyone was greeted in a friendly manner; some by name (I was impressed).
Josh and Justin were working when I was there and they were both extremely neighborly (because they were better than just friendly). Justin offered me a bottle of water and handed me a tester eGo when I explained I just wanted to sample the flavors. I was pleased to be mostly left to my own devices for the tasting, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all (which was very nice since they had well over 100 different flavors to sample). I have to say the atmosphere in the shop was very relaxed and welcoming and probably one of the best overall shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely no pretentiousness or judgement from these guys.
I ended up with Razzleberry, Black Cherry, and Smooth Menthol. Josh added Blind Melon (on the house and based on my picks) and also offers a military discount!!!
I’m so glad I ventured out today and stopped by this store, it’s always nice to find a family-​owned small business to support!

Smooth Vapes is easily my favorite vape shop in Aurora. You can tell that the folks that work there are invested in both the company and their customers. They take the time to get to know you, where you’re at in terms of your vaping needs, as well as your personal tastes and preferences. They’re not there to sell you something you don’t need or outside your budget.
Their juice selection is fantastic, their prices are great, and the staff are about as friendly and helpful as they come. Considering how saturated the Denver market has become with vape shops, it’s good to know some stores like Smooth Vapes still care about what’s important: the customer.

I used to go to another vape shop but they were rude and lied to me so I looked for a new one. Found this one on Unilocal and when I went in I must agree the staff is very friendly! They are helpful. Will be back often and they have point system cards too.

This is the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable business I have EVER been to! Everyone I’ve met there is excited and eager to help you on your vaping voyage. Maggi magically mixes up some AMAZING juices, just to your particular needs and wants. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my vaping needs! I walked in not really sure what to expect. Just wanted some new juice for my e-​cig and a new tank to put it in.
Right when I walk in I was greeted and helped. Got to sit and try any flavor of vape I wanted. Even got to mix 2 of them together and choose the nicotine amount as well.
Prices are great too. Come ready to learn a thing or 2.
Over all I would come back here any day. Great costumer service, very friendly.
