Horrible Experience. Never Again !!! They did the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. They destroyed my nails. They didn’t care and kept talking oh man so freaking much I left with a headache. They asked me 6 times to do shilac I said NO to please do the color I wanted –regular mani and pedi. Since the salon was empty they both started working with me and left me half way the moment a new costumer walked in. They didn’t cut my nails even or file them. I asked 3 times for my cuticle
to be cleaned. They left my nails so uneven and switched my color and tried doing French when I said No. They acted so desperate it freaked me out. They colored my nail the worse way I’ve ever witnessed and I asked her to clean them and she said «oh clean them no they ok ». Seriously I came to relax and give them a try and I can’t believe I paid $ 40 for this.

Terrible, the ladie doing my pedicure looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, and when I asked for a design she didn’t know how to do designs so she had someone else do it, and it was terrible it looked like something a 3 year old does. Never coming back.

Love the service — so amenable even when walking in 30 min before closure the last time. They have amazing talented people, customer service is fantastic and the entire salon is relaxing. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been here before and the manicure was pretty terrible it chipped the first day. It’s been awhile so I figured I’d got back. Nope. Never again should have just went with my first impression. The service is rude, the techs are mediocre. Manicures and pedicures are a luxury that I enjoy but don’t need, when I do get them I expect to be treated nicely and feel welcomed! Also the slowest service I’ve ever experienced EVER! Stephanie seemed like she works hard and does a great job Too bad she’s here though!

Amazing. Spent more time than I’ve ever had spent on just a basic pedicure. Really got my toes looking great! Also the chairs are super nice and comfy. All the ladies are very sweet

Found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I mostly wanted to remove my shellac polish that was growing out and get a basic paint with a nice summery color. To remove shellac, it cost $ 5 and for a basic paint, it was $ 7 so it’s very affordable.
Sleek nail spa is conveniently located in a plaza on Mississippi and is very easy to find. The inside is very clean and huge! I absolutely loved Stephanie who worked with me. She was so friendly and worked very meticulously. We had a fun time chatting about make up, hair, and just life in general. When she paints nails, it has a very soothing effect and everything just felt very comfortable. She even allowed me to pick a design for the 4^th nail and was very helpful with selecting colors. The tools they use are sterilized after every customer and re-​sealed in a packet– almost like at the dentist office. The whole process took about an hour and they have a fan that allows you to dry your nails under. Everyone there is very nice and considerate. I highly recommend this place if you want your nails done!

I walked in with my sister last week for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. They fit us both in and shortly after it got busy– neither one of us felt rushed. In fact, they let me sit in the massage chair a bit longer then normal to accommodate other guests which I thoroughly enjoyed! The ladies were friendly, and i thought it was clean especially for a strip mall location. Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had, but for the price and experience they get 4 stars. Will probably be back soon for a manicure if I can find the time to get to this part of town.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half and the ladies here are beautiful nice and very respectful. It’s in a pretty good location and the salon is always very kept up and very clean. My nail technician is and always will be Katie. She is always on point and does my nails awesome. My mom comes here as well and we just love it, it’s very reasonable price too. Whatever nail designs I throw a cutie she does then very accurately and carefully. I will always come here as long as Katie is here.

The absolute worst mani pedi I’ve ever gotten! Paid $ 70 for a deluxe mani and pedi, giving the 3 techs that worked on me $ 5 each, and they butchered my nails. Had to have them redo the paint on my hands, and right before I left realized my toes looked just as bad. There’s cuticle all over my fingernails and they cannot paint inside the lines!!! Just awful… Will never be back for sure!!! I miss my ATL salon!!! Oh and they ruined my polish by getting cotton in it. Ugh!!!

The ladies are so nice here! They also take a lot of time to make sure your nails look good! My nails last a long time and I get lots of compliments on them. The only problem I’ve had recently is getting the cold shoulder when I’m a walk-​in, They make me feel like I’ve thrown off their entire day. So I highly recommend you make an appointment.
I think Stephanie (I think that’s her name) could at least pretend to work. She did a pedicure on me once, NEVER AGAIN! It was painful and poorly done! She needs to be practicing, Every time I come in she’s sitting around, talking on her phone or taking a nap in a massage chair. It’s REALLY rude to answer your phone when your with a client.

This nail salon is great. They were so kind and attentive to us when we walked in! They took their time perfecting every nail and the owner was so nice as to offer us a ride home after she got off work (we are from out of town)! Anyone who gave this place a bad review is just looking for something to complain about…

I really enjoyed this place, it is more like a spa than a nail salon which I liked. I went here because they open earlier than any other nail salon in the area. The ladies are very very nice and they don’t seem shady like most salons. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because they are slow. It took them 2 hours just for a full set and I definitely appreciate the detail that they provide but I went because I had to be to work that afternoon so I not satisfied on the time. I will be going back here because I DID enjoy my experience but i would go only if you have enough time to spend there.

I just left here. I came with the intent of getting a mani/​pedi but after the lady (Stephanie) butchered my toe nail I was afraid to let her touch my hands. I had to stop and tell her several times that she was cutting too deep into my nail. Then I told her I wanted my nails squared but for some reason she rounded the butchered toenail. I’m in a lot of pain after this experience & I definitely won’t b back. The lady was nice but she talked too much (I just wanted to relax!). The facility was nice and clean but my toenail probably won’t grow back til well into the summer ouch! Look at the right big toe compared to the left and you can see how much of my nail is missing :(two pics are posted to show.

I went here about a week ago. The salon was very nice and clean and everyone was very nice. There was no wait and I was seated next to a woman getting her shillac done too. Her nails turned out beautifully. A young, very stylish woman did her nails and they were perfect. Mine, did not come out so nice. I’m not sure what the woman’s name was who did my nails but, they look awful! I didn’t say anything because the removal process is so damaging and she wasn’t good at that either. Her phone rang as soon as we started and to my surprise, she answered! She had a long conversation on speaker phone while doing my nails. My tips were not coated, the shillac is so thin you can see through it and it’s not smooth at all. Not to mention the the entire section she completely missed. Needless to say, I will not return.

This overall a uneventful experience. I had lea she had my feet out of the water the majority of time. If she was working on the left foot she wanted the right foot out of the water as well
She did callous removal pn dry feet. She didn’t lotion or oil my feet, needless to say no massage. I had my legs waxed that took over 60 minutes and there is still hair stubble on them. I should’ve read the reviews first.

Owner was super nice. They were understaffed so there was a huge wait. Everyone just seemed rushed because there weren’t enough people working. Usually with manicures, nail salons put lotion on your hand and give you a little hand massage. None of that here. Just cut, polish and go.
The biggest issue I had though was with the finished product. I got shellac on my toes. (I’ve been getting shellac for a really long time and have never had this happen before)
Shellac is usually good to go as soon as it’s done. Which is why I get it so I don’t have to wait for it to dry for hours. This time, there was a weird gooey texture to my finished nails. Hours after my shellac pedicure, I put a blanket over my feet and all the fuzzes from the blanket got stuck to the nails! That has NEVER happened with any of the shellacs I’ve gotten before at other places.
I had to completely redo my toes. I wouldn’t come here again.

From the minute I walked in, I was relaxed! Le, the owner’s wife, handled my mani/​pedi, but had Katie, the manager, do my polish and design. Everything was great — relaxing, spotless, friendly… and, unlike most nail places I’ve been to, their English is impeccable.

While visiting my sister in Denver, we decided to get manicures together. We came across the new Sleek Nails that just opened a little over a month ago. We walked in on a weekday afternoon and found 2 of the three nail techs busy, but Emily was free and started me on my manicure (my sister only had to wait about 10 min for another nail tech to take her for hers).
Emily spent a lot of time on my cuticles (even though I’d just had a manicure only a week prior) and was very detail oriented. She even went over the skin around the nails with a tiny brush to make sure there was so polish after she was done painting. The end result was definitely one of the better manicures that I’ve gotten in quite some time (minus a little unevenness in the filing, but only if you look very closely).
I’m taking off a star because the mani was on the pricier side ($ 13) and there were no extras like a hot towel and the massage was kind of weak. There is also a very small color selection (perhaps because they’re new) of OPI and China Glaze polishes (I’m an Essie fan). I will most likely go back when I am in the Denver area again.

I frequent the UPS store in the plaza, and when I saw a nail salon was under construction, I was very excited to try it. As they have been open for a couple of weeks now, I decided it was time to go and they are even offering a 20% discount while they are getting settled in. I was not disappointed at all. The service was great. I did not wait and I was helped right away.
The spa is updated and very nice looking inside. Everything is new and sleek, and the earthy tones and blossom flowers everywhere are so cute. When the nail artist learned it was my birthday she even complimented my pedicure with a beautiful flower design done by hand.
The mani and pedi both came out great. There are no streaks, bubbles, or sloppiness to speak of. It is literally perfect. I have been trying a few different salons in the area over the last year, trying to find one I can rely on. Well, this is it. I have finally found a place that I was 110% satisfied with and cannot wait to go back soon.
They also offered me a free drink. That was a nice touch.
I would recommend this salon to anyone! I will try to post some pics of my mani/​pedi.
