The only reason I have ever heard of SSFCU is because my truck is financed through them. I had always paid my bill online and then one day had an issue with my auto-​payment schedule getting messed up due to some fraud on my checking account. I looked online for their number and to my surprise there were locations in Colorado — and one fairly close to me over in Aurora! All of my correspondence with them has been from a Texas address so I wasn’t quite sure if they had locations in CO or not.
(PS this location is tucked away behind the gas station and dollar store! — I drove around for a while before realizing that it wasn’t directly on Peoria).
Anyways, the lady I spoke at this branch with was very nice and helped get my account straightened away very fast. I have never had any issues from their side of my car loan and the customer service was top notch!
