The worst thing about this store is CINDY!!! I purchased 3 items, and two of them rung up wrong. When I pointed that out she pulled out the only item that rung up correctly and made an adjustment. Unfortunately, it was the wrong adjustment. I let her know this and without saying a word she pulled out a calculator, plugged in the numbers, and made the necessary adjustments. She told me the correct total and I paid the bill. When I left she said nothing to me … no «sorry for the error», no «thank you for shopping with us», not even a «goodbye». Worst customer service ever!!!

Omg it was HORRIBLE! I haven’t been back since my first (also terrible) trip there. The cashier was rude and shockingly sarcastic and refused to call a manager despite five minutes of coupon failure and the increasingly long line building up. I really wanted to give them a second chance, but Kings is right down the street, cheaper and better selection.

The best thing about this store is KEVIN! If you have the pleasure of having him cash you out, you will leave with a smile. He is adorable, friendly, stress free and always a great conversationalist!
I hope management appreciates their great staff.
Look for the several «Managers specials» all around the store.

Always seems to be low or out of just about everything. Went there the other day for 3 things and the were out of 2 and that always happens. Wish the would get more on top of stocking and ordering. Very convenient location though but would rather drive farther to get what i need.

Thank God this place is open on Christmas forgot so many things thankful for people that are working on Christmas Day

The cashiers are very friendly and always send me away with a smile.

I was forced by my insurer to stop using Walgreen’s for my prescriptions, bummer bec I love their 24 hr locations. However this pharmacy was really very helpful, the best of about a dozen I contacted before making my choice. They have slightly extended hours (but for us early risers, 7 am means a 24 hr location) and a very cool enclosed waiting room with wireless and pleasant furnishings. Come to think of it as soon as I get someone else to do my shopping for me I am going to wait here for them to finish. The grocery here is also totally up to date and has everything but the fish and take out market of Whole foods and the ethnic selections of everywhere else in Aurora.

Decent store and great employees. I like the Starbucks too since it has some cushy seating and I can just take a break when I buy everything but don’t want to head out quite yet. The store’s always clean and running itself well.

We came here after King Soopers wouldn’t cut some fresh pork baby back ribs for us. (
) Unfortunately, we couldn’t find them and we couldn’t find anyone behind the meat and fish counter. Customer service sent someone over, but she wasn’t familiar with the meat department and didn’t know if they had any other baby back ribs in storage.
We ran into the store manager who found out that the butcher was on break and found us someone with some knowledge of the meat counter. This guy found us one package and then the butcher showed up and happily cut the ribs for us as we requested. The manager then authorized the butcher to give us the $ 15 in ribs for free because of all of our trouble.
Now that’s service!
