Paul and his helper did an amazing job on a VERY difficult tree removal. Their bid was right in line with the other companies we received quotes from. They dropped a very large, very complex tree that was directly over our house without any damage to the roof or house. It took longer than they expected to fell the tree but they stuck to their quote. They hauled the wood away and did an excellent clean up job.
Didn’t experience anything even close to rude or disrespectful, but everyone interacts differently I suppose.
We recommended Rope N Saddle to our neighbor and it seems they will have more business as a result.

Paul came out to bid on my tree. His bid was nearly twice that of another bid. When I told him that, he sent me an email questioning my integrity and harassed the company I hired. If you invite him to give you a bid and you don’t hire him, expect tantrum and rude response.

Paul was absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL in a voice mail message, chastising me for not answering the phone when he called. He didn’t leave his name, but I had his other voice mail on my phone so I knew who it was. I’d planned to use them because of their other reviews and the bid, but I called my second choice, played the voice mail for them, and they offered to beat his bid because of his rudeness.
