The service department is wonderful. They never pressure you to buy extra services and everyone is very friendly. When I had a part break that wasn’t covered under my power train warranty, they only charged me for the labor which saved me $ 400. I definitely recommend going here.

I had the greatest experience buying my first ever truck! I bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado, and I am in love with it! The sales team made the experience smooth as silk, and could not be more accommodating. They gave me the most amazing deal as well as everything I could ever want in a truck as well as in a dealer! Reta Bohn was on point with every part of the deal, from the moment I walked in to the final handshake! I feel like a made a new friend, and absolutely a Chevy Dealer for life! I purchased my car brand new at this dealership on 2012. I’ve always taken it back for all routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, coolant flushes and such. I’ve also had my brakes done here as well. Service is always good — communication is good and availability seems to work well with my schedule. Often-​times, things such as brakes and rotors are initially priced higher than normal when I first get a quote. I always tell the person I’m speaking with that I will call around for better pricing and check their quote to make sure I can’t do better. Each time I do this, the dealership asks me to hold on a minute and comes back with a better price. I work in sales myself and there’s nothing more important in situations like this than to make the customer feel as if they have some good value in the service and fee. If the dealer quotes me their best price up-​front — I don’t know it’s their best price — it’s just another number to me. If I ask for a better price (as everybody in this situation should do) and I get a better price — then suddenly the same service with a lower price attached to it has a lot more value to me. I appreciate this. I feel important — as if the dealer really wanted my business and sacrificed something in their margin to get my business. The dealer in turn may have been high on their price to begin with and came down to where they would still be comfortable anyway — but now it all has much more value to me and I want the value and therefore I give the business to the dealer. It’s a win-​win situation and also easier for everyone involved. I would recommend this dealer to another, but I would also point out that you still have to be aware of everything as with any business transaction. You will never know if you could have done better until you ask for something better. The worst anybody can say to me is the word «no» and that’s not such a bad thing. Thanks Ron Westphal Chevy.

We leased a 2016 equinox ltz In February and we got a great deal. We purchased a equinox in April and the price was fair and the deal went smoothly. No complaints! We even recommended a family member and they leased a Silverado. Would recommend to friends and family in the future.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Had my car back in 30 minutes! Best experience yet with a dealership!

Waited a week for them to find a bad switch. Then the give me my car back with holes in the headliner. Don’t bring your car here.
Bill you say it’s unfortunate to hear. Yet I didn’t even post everything that happened. After writing this your team said they would order the parts to cover the holes. They said they would come to me to fix my car because the service was so poor. But then when I got into my car to drive home. The seatbelt would pull out but not retract. Meaning you took it apart to fix my moonroof. But then put it together again incorrectly. And didn’t even check your work before you called me in to get my car. Your people wouldn’t have cared if I drove off your lot with a nonfunctional seatbelt. Does that sound like a dealership that cares about their customers? Plus I’m particularly over the top about my car being clean. You gave me back a car that was also dirtier than it went in to your shop. Not a huge deal, but still not how it should be. You still have my car & my phone number Bill. You want to make this right? Then you should be contacting me.

I created/​downloaded Unilocal to warn you guys. These people will tell you anything to make a sale. We bought two cars in one day and I was treated incredibly rudely by the manager Don. Both cars came with defects. He dodged my calls for weeks. When it came to fixing it he only fixed one (which was gm that covered it not the dealer) the other had broken wipers during the snow season which could’ve been potentially dangerous. I had never been so insulted by a «manager» when I told him I was going to write a review about how badly he was treating me he claimed word for word «now your threatening me so that makes me really not want to help you.» General manager was supposed to call me after this but never did. Shows how little they care about customer service after they’ve stolen your money.

As far as service and thorough explanation from my visit to an actual appointment this service team is awesome. I like the waiting area and I even stepped foot into sales floor to look at a car upon entering I was greeted by a man who offered his information about a new car boy he was so helpful. The car was washed both times so well. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back.
This is my second Chevy now It seems obvious that this car I have is very reliable and it’s a vehicle that I would buy again because I like the throttle of a Chevy and how the driver is so comfortable and gets a good feel for the road knowing that I don’t question the room to explore the performance of this brand.

The repairs (water pump leak and thermostat) were under warranty and I was given a loaner car and was on my way in no time. The repairs were completed very fast. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car, I didn’t get too far down the road before I got messages on the dash and had to go back. I was helped immediately and the throttle body assy was replaced within a half hour. Even when unexpected issues happen, they were able to help me immediately and still got the work done in record time. I was treated with respect and the issues were explained to me properly. I will be back.

Today (August 29^th) could have been an angst filled day but Ron Westphal Chevy to the rescue! It was painless and affordable… honest people to do business. A huge Thank you to Sergio and our mechanic with the curly hair and beard. (Sorry we didn’t get your name but Sergio knows who you are) They were professional, explained everything and treated us so great. What they have now is instilled a trust that will keep us coming back. We hope to buy a car from them soon! Awesome!

Rick was a great help as always. He got me in for an oil change which took awhile due to other customers. I was ready for the wait. Rick even showed me a filter that needed changing. I like that he got my permission before «just changing it.» I will go back for my next oil change.

If it were not for Sergio Sanchez I would never return here for service on my car. While other employees in the service department ignore you, he was great answered all my questions and concerns. Mike Watgen was so very friendly and happy to assist me. He remembered that my husband had come in at the beginning of the month for an oil change but ended up talking about tires. Mike remembered my voice or my number from when he sold us our car! That was hilarious but very special that he cared to remember us! Everything went smoothly and the tires feel great!

My Salesman Danny Cardinal was fantastic. I was looking for a specific vehicle –after speaking with him on what I was looking for he was able to locate it… He had it to his shop the next day (as promised)…the entire team at Ron Westphal Chevy made the purchase of my new vehicle easy! Thanks!

The staff @ Ron Westphal are great. Very nice, treated us great even though they were unable to approve us for our 2^nd vehicle from them. I don’t feel as if much effort given in an attempt to get us out with a new vehicle, but than again our situation was tough to work with.
I would recommend going there to purchase your next vehicle.
The only reason I gave them 3 stars was due to some issues that arose after our first purchase with them. We purchased a 2007 Trailblazer, within a year, the motor was junk. A valve spring snapped in half and ruined the motor. We called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do assist us, as the warranty expired a month before this happened. Obviously they would not do anything, which was fine, but no amount of suggestions was offered. Just felt very pushed off.
Other than that issue, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I’ve had a variety of cars from Ron Westphal Chevy. I have never been disappointed. The service department is wonderful when I have an issue. I’ve never felt sold too or like I needed to do something simply to have it done. The guys that work in the service department are really friendly and helpful. They have a nice waiting area too. There are beverages and a snack machine. Plus internet to get work done while you wait. I no longer have a car now (live in the city) but I know when I decide I need one again I’ll head out to Ron Westphal to get it!

They are a bit disorganized in terms of their procedures, as they had us running back and forth and made no apologies for doing so. They also had a lack of courtesy vehicles, which made a routine drop off a much longer ordeal. But that is a testament to the number of people who rely on them for their service needs. A dealership is only as strong as it’s reputation and this one has a strong one in our community. A few kinks need to be ironed out in terms of customer service, time efficiency for the customers coming in as well as their wait times, but all in all, does well.
Kudos to the staff for keeping the beverage selection stocked and plentiful. I just wish they’d had a snack station as I was starving and this place is in the midst of a food desert and with them having our car, I was stuck.
