I started this business to assist people in feeling their best. Whether it is simply to reduce daily stress or to help heal from injury, massage is a great addition to overall health and well-​being.

After experiencing a serious back injury from being a dental assistant for 18 years, I found myself a little scared to visit a surgeon. I did have an MRI and consult with my physician, I decided that massage and chiropractic were my first choice for treatment. I no longer have the back pain. I decided to go back to school to be able to assist others in their journey to feeling the best they can.

I am a native of Rochester, New York and I have been in Colorado for going on 18 years. I consider Colorado home. I enjoy the outdoors, and love to take my camera with me on hikes.
