I almost gave them only 4 stars because who is happy when they have a backed up sewer line? But they got out the same day, called to update the techs arrival time and did a great job! I’ve had other plumbing companies come before due to a big tree who loves to grow roots into the line. The others try and upsell or scare you into more. Quality First listened, were professional and very thorough too. No one likes to have to call a plumber, trust me, I don’t, but if you do I think that you’ll find thee guys are great.

I have used these guys countless number of times. As a property manager with over 3000 clients it is good to have a contractor you can count on to be honest and get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend them, they are the only company I use now.

Well, I learned my lesson. DO NOT USE the TeamDaveLogan website to find your contractors based on price. Dave Logan only checks for licenses, BBB rating, insurance, etc but not price. So, if I have to do the most important part of the job myself, get best pricing, might as well do the rest cause as I found out, the Dave Logan site clearly does not list all of the best contractors; just the one that pay to be on his website. Yes, they did a good job; showed up on time; they were respectful — basically; they did their job! But what a whopping bill I got! The average price to replace a 50Gallon tank is from $ 900 — $ 1200 — I was charged over $ 1700!!! Stay away from this company and if you use the Dave Logan site, try to get quotes on the phone.

I have done business with Quality First Plumbing multiple times and find them to be extremely professional and truly put the customer’s needs FIRST. The plumbers know their profession, ask questions and make solid recommendations that fix the problem on the first trip. They also responded promptly and are respectful of my property. With all the choices out there when you need a plumber, I highly recommend Quality First Plumbing when you need a reliable plumbing company that you can trust!

Quality first is just the name of the company, doesn’t at all describe the job they do!
PROS:
*First guy was nice and friendly, tried to be cautious about keeping the floor clean but wasn’t exactly successful
*Second guy worked hard to try to get the job done, not careful about the floors.
*Company reversed decision to charge for second visit to remedy the situation. After I argued with them about not getting the job done right the first time and after I said I was going to write a review
*Company tried to remedy situation by sending out someone with camera free (normally a $ 90 charge)
CONS:
*They DONT care about your floors
*Try to charge you when they come back to fix something that wasn’t fixed the first time, even though they have a 30 DAY GUARANTEE
*Person with camera also had no regard for the floors, even after I specifically requested it.
*Person with camera tried to say we needed to dig up pipes in a totally different location than they actually are. They were going to get their money one way or another!
*Wasted a lot of my time.
*Left feminine products all over the floor and on other things in the nearby area, which I found later when I went to do laundry, imagine if my sons had found them?
Kris came out on a Sat night due to a drain backup in the basement. Very nice and friendly. The guy was here maybe 45 mins and bragged about knowing what he was doing and that the job was done. Apparently there were feminine products in the pipe. I knew it wasn’t me, even though the pipes are for my unit, because I don’t flush those things. It had to be a guest I had in my home. I learned this lesson the hard way when I was much younger and had to have a relatives main pipe dug up in their yard and all the feminine products removed. Talk about embarrassing!!! It was an expensive lesson for my relative, and I then became aware that it was not ok to flush them, I honestly had no idea it wasn’t ok to flush before that, esp when it said you can right on the package. Who would have known or even thinks about that you have to tell guests not to flush their feminine products? Maybe now you know and can inform your guests, as I will be doing in the future.
Well, a few hours later, we decided to do some laundry and my son took a shower. Guess what, basement flooded again! OH, and did I forget to mention, they are NOT cautious about not destroying your carpet with their feet, or equipment, which has who knows how many other peoples plumbing backup issues attached. My carpeted stairs were really dirty after they left. I will attach photos. They sent someone back the next day (SUPPOSED 30 day guarantee), and this guy was not too friendly, but got to work. He worked for a long time and finally came up and said he would need another hour and needed permission. He said the other guy had only gone 50 ft and he was at 70 ft and kept getting stuck. I was later informed by another plumber (LAKEWOOD PLUMBING, LOVED THEM!), that our lines for our unit are only 40 ft. This guy said he had cleared it and we ran lots of water to see if it was draining. It appeared to be draining. It wasnt cleared though because the other plumbers came with a camera and said the pipes were full of water, which means there was still a blockage. It was eventually determined a city problem and taken care of by them. Now the cleanup crew is here. I will DEFINITELY be leaving a review for them too (the cleanup crew), not happy with them either. I will update this post as I remember any other details.

Unfortunately, I have been blessed with faulty plumbing. I’ve actually had a myriad of issues and have experienced different plumbers in Denver ranging from both ends of the spectrum. Today, I had the pleasure of receiving expert service from Nik Lawhorn, who is a licensed Master Plumber with Quality First Plumbing.

I live in a condo and there happened to be a crack in the main drain pipe that I share with my upstairs neighbor. Although, I did need a lot of my wall taken out, Nik not only quickly identified the problem but he also fixed it on the spot. I honestly anticipated this problem to be drawn out over at least a couple of visits, like I’ve experienced in the past and am extremely impressed.
In addition to being efficient, Nik was also very pleasant and approachable. Better still, I felt like he respected my time, which I appreciated most of all. I would definitely do business again with this company.
I’ve noticed that most of the negative reviews are all about price. You get what you pay for. Plumbers are not cheap, especially the good ones.

I wish I could put NO stars. I was charged 314.00 to have someone come out, cut a hole in a wall and tell me I had a leaky pipe! No kidding, really??? 314.00 for a that… ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Unless you like to pay 300+ for nothing, I would find a different company!

Make sure you get a quote BEFORE they come out. $ 199 plus a $ 45 trip charge just to show up!
I am a salon owner and have a lot of plumbing work done as preventative maintenance. Yesterday, there was a water main break in my parking lot and my drain was backing up. The management company wasn’t sure what the issue was or who would pay. We used Quality First because they had a contract with the leasing company. Well, I didn’t get the «deal» that the leasing company gets. I was charged $ 624 to clear 3 drains, which took the technician 2.5 hours. He left black nastiness all over my white bathroom. He was trying to use paper towels and scrubbing bubbles to clean it up. It took me 45 minutes and a bottle of spray bleach. I have NEVER paid another company (and I have used several) more than $ 380 and that was a Saturday emergency call. Normally clearing these same 3 drains takes approximately 45 minutes. This is highway robbery and bad, bad service. When I called to make a complaint the woman on the phone was rude and said she would have a supervisor call me, which 24 hours later hasn’t happened. Do not use this company! Total rip off for poor service!

Buyer beware!!! I would give no stars but 1 is the bare minimum.
Tech came out, was super friendly except it’s 200 $ an hour which wasn’t quoted over the phone, I was asking that they only charge me the trip fee (I already knew the problem, just wanted a professional to come out and fix it). I was willing to pay the trip charge but they wanted to get an additional 80 $ bucks from me.
Crazy … I would definitely not recommend this company. Ever.

$ 369 for 2 hours of work that didn’t get completed because of prior builder installation issues. Wanted to come back and charge me another $ 700 to get it done properly. Called a different company for a second opinion. They used a snake and charged me $ 195. Quality First Plumbing is a rip off

Honest. Friendly. And they get the job done… every time. I was recommended to Quality First by a fellow Realtor for a client who needed a large sewer job repair. They beat any other bid by several thousand dollars, did the work on time and on budget, and left a tidy job site. Since then, they’ve been on my speed dial! Highly recommend and refer them almost daily.

Used these guys to replace the sewer line from my house to the street.
As you know this is a big bill and a bit of a risk. Later it became apparent that there was a defect in the line. We agreed to use it for a while to see if the problem re-​occurred, when it did two years later, they fixed it no questions asked! The measure of a business is not that they are perfect, but willing to make it perfect. Thanks, Howie!

I have used Quality Plumbing 3 times for two different properties and have found each plumber and service tech knowledgeable, competent, fast, and friendly.
The work was quite satisfactory. Additionally, the office staff and schedulers are friendly, courteous, and and handle your calls successfully.
On one occasion before he left, we did not fully test the replaced faucet and discovered the next morning that the water was not being full diverted from the tap to the shower head. I called the office and they had the same plumber back to my property by 11:30. There was no charge because he also felt he should have realized this before he left the previous day.
I encourage you to use Quality First Plumbing.

Not happy. Although their plumber and his supervisor were polite and professional enough, they clearly (in retrospect) misdiagnosed my problem, charging me for work that didn’t fix the problem. A simple replacement showerhead for $ 30 would have resolved my issue. The supervisor charged me $ 35.00 to come out to my house to check the work that didn’t need to be done in the first place. And, he has responded to a text message that is now a month old. I’m sorry, I can’t give these guys a good recommendation. Where is the Mile Holmes of the U. S.

If you want to experience a one star plumbing service, hire this company. One star is overrated. I truly feel like I will waste my time writing about how their work is horrible and how their supervisors are problem creators. They supposedly fixed a water pipe outside the house, causing floods in my basement, for over $ 5,000 with a 50 year warranty, then my basement flooded again after a week, which a supervisor called Helly or Hailey, he’s a guy, will admit is not normal but will do anything to blame it on you, the customer, not their work. You will be given a warranty you will never enjoy. Instead rude supervisors and will use any trick to get out of their responsibility. Irresponsible and liars is a good description for their supervisors. The plumber on site will tell you something, but the supervisor who never showed up at your house will contradict the plumber if it requires the company to double check their work, not done right to begin with. The plumber said that the flood had to do with the recently fixed pipe, the supervisor said we pulled toilet paper and baby wipes, which we do not use and they never did because we were there, all of this just not to run a camera and investigate the floods happening after they supposedly fixed the pipe. By the way, this company does not expect you to wipe your behind after you go, coz your behind may uncover how poor the quality of their work is. I wonder when their warranty applies if they deny a problem with the work they did, without checking it. To any body using this company, all I can tell you is: Best of luck! Oh and start saving money for court fees to go after them later!
