:PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READY ALL REVIEWS: IT MIGHT SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE AND THE MONEY: The worst apt ever!!! Yes their nice to you when you move in and after you move in they don’t give a shit about you. I’ve asked them to fix my dish washer and not one person came to my house to check on it. I went to the office several time to remind them and they kept on saying «sorry we’re busy and we will sand them in today» (WTF you mean you busy? Am I not paying rent? Am I living for free?) and it took them 24 days to replace the dishwasher. 2 weeks later it stopped working again. I went to the office and told them again and not one person came by, it’s already been 2 weeks now and I’m still counting. I hate this apartment!!! I can wait until my lease is over. I do not recommend this apartment at all!!! The management sucks, there’s leaking everywhere in the apartment and when you complain about it, it NEVER gets fixed. Please check any other options you might have. This APT deserve no star, I have to give it at least one star to post this shit!!!

what a royal DUMP. typical ghetto apt complex. the manager sucks (bad attitude, pays no mind to tenants). ever since AMC bought the place it went downhill. theyre landscaping sucks, they have the old school lollipop lights all around the complex & theyre broken, they charge for the general purpose areas with water & electrical cause AMCs a cheap money grubbing slumlord, theres trash aaalllll over the property (you think maintenance has ANY concept of morning grounds run??), they HALF ass repair stuff, fights, loud ass parties, obnoxious ghetto kids runnin around screaming & stealing, some lady that dumped boxes of MOTH BALLS on her patio stinking up the complex. this is a ‘C’ complex for SURE!

AVOID THIS PLACE
Broken bottles, used condoms cigarette butts the noise and cops constantly here.
Neighbors leaving trash outside front door for over a week which smells terrible and that comes drifting through your apartment.
For the price you pay here you would not expect some of these tenants here.
Maintained hell no not even the workers can get everything done right the first time. You are promised a time and they never show so you just sit and wait!!!
Dog poop never picked up by dog owners and just left. Responsible dog owners can’t even walk their animals without stepping into poop but again why walk you animals when you walking amongst broken glass and used condoms and the list just goes on.
You can report issues but that is about it and don’t expect major results.

I recently moved in here with my new wife. The community seems really nice and we only have one loud neighbor who lives kind of catty corner to us (coming from a college town this is amazing).
We moved into the non-​renovated apartment and although we were a little anxious at first it turned out to be pretty nice! The cabinets are old and worn and the appliances are pretty old too but everything seems to work great!
The application process was a little annoying with the leasing agents being very busy, seemingly understaffed and sometimes hard to communicate with.
**new** read the fine print! The late fee for rent in this place is $ 75 which for us is almost 10%. This is double the average for late fees. You will also be charged $ 35 for a legal letter stating your rent is late and if your apartment is under market value, they will charge you market value. Be careful!
5 months in the office is still difficult to communicate with and when you need something fixed it is not always done or it may be done half-​assed.***
Pros:
Reasonable and affordable rent
Nice community with a lot of kids
Decent apartments
Good placement (close to 225, and tons of stores)
Cons:
Leasing office needs to step up their game
Old and worn kitchen (if you go non-​remodeled… Which is to be expected)
Late fee is high — don’t forget to pay rent!
Overall, I like the community and apartment but getting to this place was annoying and sometimes frustrating due to the leasing office.

I was a prospective resident and originally spoke with the Property Manager. She stated that once she received my signed application that she would call me to have me put down the deposit and the application fee before running my application. That call never came.
I called on several different occasions over a period of a couple days and left a message with whatever leasing agent who answered the phone asking for the Property Manager to call me. Again, that call never came.
Finally, I receive a call from a leasing agent; not the person I wanted to speak with and I advised them I was not interested on that call. The leasing agent was calling to collect the deposit and the application fee. I learned later that they had ran the application prior to that leasing agent calling me and collecting the fee.
Now they are demanding payment for an application to an apartment I told them I was not interested in for an application they ran before calling me to collect payment. This may not be illegal, but it is unethical and I want everyone to know what type of people work here.
