Best part of buying 2 TVs on New Year’s Day was the 3rd party installation company. Mark and Rafael installed everything on 1⁄10 and were fantastic! Got my old TV out of here, got 2 TVs installed, corrected my previous errors with my surround sound and were quite simply awesome. thanks guys for the great experience!

I had an odd feeling in this location. It was the first time I had gone to Paul’s tv and I am not sure I will return. I had looked at a few TV’s online and decided to go purchase one perhaps if I could get what I wanted/needed. Mine seems to be developing a green hue to it more and more the last few weeks. I was given the«pitch» and how they would give me another tv and so on and so forth if I bought the one I was looking at. I looked at a few but got the feeling they didn’t really want to help me by answering questions, they more just wanted to sell me something and get me out of there. I am glad I had the mind to take pictures of the things on the current TV I have so I knew what I would need in order to recreate the set up I currently have. I noticed the eye roll when I started to ask a few more questions. I didn’t create the current set up I have so I have no idea what half the things I was left with are. I just know how to turn them on. I just felt that I was more of a bother on a Sunday afternoon when there was no one in the store then someone they wanted to assist with a purchase.

Like a well versed consumer, I felt like I did a pretty damn good job shopping around for the TV I wanted. I wasn’t looking for a particular TV, I was looking at VALUE. So, after my research was done I decided to look at Paul’s TV. Initially, I was stuck on purchasing my TV at an on line site that was giving me a hell of a deal. I went into Paul’s and showed the Sales Manager — Ren my deal and he was ready to make a match. Along with that, they had an on line Paul’s TV offer match that they honored and I didn’t even have to pay sales tax! Here is the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars, the TV I wanted they took two weeks to tell me that they would not be able to deliver, the good — they gave me a better TV for the same price — that is what I call customer experience! Then the third party that they use to do the installation charges a pretty penny to mount the TV on the wall($ 300 for a wall mount and another $ 100 to mount my sound bar). Mind you, I mounted my sound bar myself and it was only two screws. They should mount this for free with the purchase of a bundle. Other than that, I would definitely go back, however; I would try to find a third party to install my television for a better price.

We purchased a 32-inch Samsung LEDHDTV at Paul’s TV on Sunday, September 2, and paid for delivery and setup. With tax the price was just under $ 400. We paid with a check. The check was electronically deposited successfully on the spot. We were told that the model was temporarily out of stock but we could expect delivery by Wednesday. When that did not happen we checked back several times and each time we could not get a definitive answer. Finally, 10 days after we paid for the TV, the salesman owned up to the fact that this model was being bundled(basically almost given away) for people who bought big-screen Samsung TVs — i.e., their big-screen customers were receiving the available 32-inch TVs, not we peons. We went to the store to get our money back. They said since we had paid with a check we would have to wait 10 – 14 days for a check to be sent from their headquarters, So here we are, 15 days later, with no TV and no $ 400. Word to wise: You want to buy a TV, don’t go through this channel. Very poor business ethics.
