So its Sunday and my wifey tells me, hey look we have a restraint menu for chineese, wel we frequent chineese a lot, and definitely know a good place, this place was not a buffett, but for delivery, I took a look at the menu, the pics looked good, I said lets try it. The Order: I called before my order and asked the lady if they were new((I never heard of them) and in their name it says«new» she said you da revery is on the way, you are on riverppool dr? I said no I am a new customer, so we got through that. I had the beef with snow peas and water chesnuts, my wife had a chicken cashew. and a order of 5 really greasy chicken wings. i asked her if they had soup, she said… you have the menu don’t you… the whole time I ordered this lady was rude and beligerant. and certainly very uneducated. The sit down: it took almost a hour, it seems that this company knows there food sucks so they go the extra mile to fool people with good pics and even nice containers. But was it all we were hoping for? The Verdict: this was some of the greasy a don’t know if its chicken we had, my wifes meal had no flavor, but a strong overpowering hot sauce, and my beef had NO flavor at all…1 or 2 waterchestnuts, and the fried rice was one of the worst we had no egg no onion, and the mystery meat that said it was chicken was in tiny cubes. this was a call in for our dogs paco and chole and they wolfed the uneaten chicken, don’t forget we had 2 of the SMALLEST egg rolls I have ever saw, and the price was 3.45 for 2… this place cost us 24 bucks what a dive… I called the lady back. and she hung up on me after I said it was horrible… she said we have been here 8 years., I said to myself even the dogs have to eat, maybe it was dog? the bottom line: DONOT waste your money or time with this place id love to see this place close down… people like this who can barely speak American and bully their customers get no play in my book… now did I mention I have stomache??? Horrible with a capitial H

I honestly really liked this little joint. It’s not the greatest but compared to everything else around town, their food taste good. I would probably try them again! Hopefully it will be another positive experience.

Not impressed at all by their food and poor customer service when I gave them a visit for the first time. The owner/server/cook/cashier was extremely rude and would speak her language to her workers followed by a laugh. Way to make a customer feel welcomed and make a first impression. I won’t be going back.

The quality of meat is substantially below what a good restaurant should serve. They make no excuses for this and refused to remake the dish. Ok. You never know how bad a meal can be here. Cheap food, yes, cheap quality, yes. Customer service unacceptable.

Never disappointed. Love the«Happy Family», it as all the proteins and veggies. Great service, and they’re always quick. Food and drinks are good value. Try the Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls.

I don’t think I say thank you enough for good service! I ordered earlier today and the food got here so fast. This is my second time ordering from them and they honestly hit the spot each time. Just wanted to show thanks! :)

I ordered Chicken almond ding last night. It was the worst I have ever had. The chicken tasted old and boiled. I found a bone in it. The whole dish tasted like celery. The mushrooms were canned mushrooms. I will never eat from this place again.

Its very hard for me to eat here. I was here months ago and a cook came out of the bathroom with his gloves still on. And stuck his hands in a bowl and mixed a flour mixture, I think for the sweet & sour chicken. I told the woman working there and she claims that he put them back on after washing his hands. First of all he should have thrown those out and got a new pair. When I received my food my appetite was gone and kept thinking that he used the bathroom with those gloves. Ewww!

Have gotten icky meat one time, another time they forgot to staple the box shut and it spilled all over, they refused to replace it, I don’t trust mass production Chinese food. No Compassion for costumers at all.

I’ve given this place several tried including take-out and delivery in the past month and the experiences were so disappointing. First of all, my husband likes chicken, so we always like to get one chicken dish. However this place uses either canned or process chicken that just looks and tastes awful! I have complained about this to the owner, to which the response was simply that they’re sorry and will remake it– this is not helpful if you give me something of the same quality. I usually like to get some seafood, fish or shrimp, if I go out for dinner. And this place is extremely stingy with the amount of shrimp they put into their fried rice and entrees. The seafood is also not freshly prepared, and I had to throw away the remainder of the order after just a few bites. Overall, I suggest looking for different locations. This place is not worth the trouble.

Tried the general tso’s chicken lunch special. Not the worst I’ve had, definitely not the best. The chicken was a little mushy for my taste. The breading was nice and crispy though. Fried rice was good as was the egg roll even though it was tiny. For 7 bucks it’s a nice alternative to fast food and it is enough to make you feel like taking a nap if you eat the whole thing!

I’m very particular as to what I like to eat from Chinese restaurants. I stick to what I know best which is chicken fried rice. The«chicken» that this place has to offer in their rice I don’t believe is chicken. It looks like it is until you try to pan fry it a little more to make it more well done when you get home. As you all know, if you overcook chicken it becomes dry. As I brown the outside of it, it somehow feels«squishy». I pull it apart and it looks like a bunch of gunk processed and pressed together. I don’t know what they use but it is definitely NOT chicken and I think it is gross. I’ve tried this place twice to see if the second time around was any different and NOPE! It sure wasn’t. I’d much rather eat Thai food or better yet, any place that cooks you what they say is in their menu. Not whatever they substitute it with!

I’ve had take out here many times during the week. DT Aurora doesn’t have the best selection for lunch, so once in a while I will order from here to change things up. I wouldn’t say I have a favorite dish from here. I’ve gotten something different every time, and never once have I been wowed enough to order it again. I do like the egg rolls and rangoons, but other than that, meh. Also, once you get 10 tickets for lunch specials you get one free. However they still charge tax on your«free» meal? I don’t know, maybe I just like my Indian and Thai food more than Chinese…

Craving Chinese food on a rainy evening, I decided to try out New China Hut. I ordered for delivery, and the woman that took my order was pleasant. She did inform me that there would be a longer wait because they were so busy. Apparently no one wanted to leave their house to get dinner tonight. 50 minutes later, the awesomely nice delivery lady was here. Very friendly, and nice. All of the food I ordered came nice and warm. Condiments were a plenty, which is nice to see. I ordered quite a spread: egg rolls, crab rangoon, sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, and chicken friend rice. I was a little put off by by the big chunks of green onion in my crab rangoon, but still enjoyed them. I am constantly on a quest for the perfect egg roll, and this was a miss again. These were okay, but nothing special. I wouldn’t order either again, I’d try a new appetizer. The chicken fried rice was great. It’s such a simple thing, but it’s delicious. I really enjoyed this, it was nice and hot and the rice wasn’t over cooked or mushy. My sweet and sour chicken was bland. The chicken itself had zero flavor, but definitely better once in the sweet and sour sauce. Again, okay but nothing great. The Mongolian beef was definitely the shining star. I ordered it spicy, and it was just enough kick without killing my taste buds. I’d definitely order this one again. All in all, I could have spent my $ 30 elsewhere and probably had better food. However, this was convenient on a cold rainy night. I doubt I’ll be ordering from here again, unless I stop in rather than have it delivered.

Absolutely the BEST Chinese food in Aurora! And for the record, I’m very picky. I used to live in California’s San Gabriel Valley which is heavily Asian and full of the best Asian foods ever so I definitely have trouble finding good Chinese food. This place has not disappointed me yet and I’ve worked through a good portion of the menu. They also deliver very quickly, take credit cards over the phone and give you free items if you spend enough money.
