History

Established in 1987.

Metroflex Gym is the hardcore training ground of 100-​plus champion bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongmen, and martial artists across the country.

Metroflex also houses pros like Ronnie Coleman (8-​time Mr. Olympia), and Branch Warren (IFBB Pro and 2-​time Arnold Classic Winner) along with dozens of other top-​level pro body builders, powerlifters, football players, fitness athletes and UFC fighters. This is the home of the Pros — no matter the sport.
