Cool, I get to be reviewer #1? Sweet… So, Mario’s is a little food truck parked on the corner of a Sinclair gas station — if you aren’t looking too hard, you might miss it. I had 4 street tacos here today, and I didn’t pull any wimpy maneuvers… if there had been a 4th «gutsy» call to make off the menu, I would have. The buche(stomach) and lengua were amazing, tripas was pretty good but not quite as good as the 1st2… and asada is… asada. All pretty to extremely tasty and served up pretty quickly. $ 6 gets you 4 street tacos here. They have a large plethora of bottled drinks available as well, and a salsa area covered from the wind. There was some sort of cucumber/radish topping? I couldn’t really call it salsa… I have no idea if that is a traditional street taco topping, but it worked pretty well on the asada. They have both roja and verde salsa, the verde is hotter and chunkier. The cook is friendly, speaks English, and was able to tell me more about the various choices. Recommended if you happen to be in the area and don’t need to sit down indoors or at a table. Pretty sure it’s cash only, I didn’t take any chances. And of course, some pictures up, as usual.
