History

Established in 1968.

This agency has been in existence for several decades in one form or another. We receive federal funding, currently from the Workforce Investment Act through the Department of Labor. Previously our services were funded through CETA and JTPA. Some of you may have received training from our agency when it was called KDK.

Our goal has always been consistent and that is to put people back to work in a career path to help them remain self-​sufficient.
