No hours on Unilocal.Tells me management already isn’t managing. It’s the 2016 these types of sites have been around for a while now. You should update this information.

Ok so my friends order there all the time at our school. I am literally RIGHT a cross the street and NOBODY wanted to deliver to me. Had me call like 4 different places. The lady at this store said she would deliver to me. Great! Awesome! Well 40 minutes later I’m starving and still waiting for my sandwich. So I call. Sara picks up the phone, and is ABSOLUTLYRUDE. Saying the chick that took my order was just DOINGME A FAVOR and they can cancel it. ALL I WANTEDTOKNOWWASWHEN I WASGOINGTOGETMYSANDWICHAND I DIDNTWANTITTOBEGROSSCUZITSBEENSITTINGTHEREWAITINGFORTHEMTOBRINGMYOUTOFZONEORDER!!! My sandwich has been sitting therefor 40DAMNMINUTES!!! It HASQUACAMOLEONIT! What happens to a sandwich that has moist condiments on it??? Oh yea it’s gets soggy! So much for freaky fast service my house would have burned down if I was waiting on jimmy johns. You can blame Sara for the bad tip

I’ve had similar experiences with this location one specific encounter when I ordered the first time from this location it took them an hour and 30 minutes to find where I was I had called after the first hour had gone by to check to see where my food was and they said that I had an order for delivery in front of me and that it would only be a few more minutes after that, The employee that was delivering my food gave me a phone call and said that I had to give him a «bunk address» in other words he couldn’t find me and assumed I had given him a false address. I reassured him that it was not fake and that I was frustrated that my sandwich took an hour and a half to deliver nothing about an hour and a half says freaky fast about delivery. Needless to say I can’t leave my work and go get something so i guess I’ll keep ordering from here and take my chances…

Not freaky fast. More like freaky slow. When I called, I was immediately put on hold. I told the«crew person» I wanted to check status on my order, as it had been almost 40 minutes. He was not concerned and basically said«it will get there when it gets there». I guess that is what you get when you throw a bunch of pot heads in a restaurant and just tell them to run it.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Called to place a order and the kid on the phone he deserves to be punched in the face. Very rude!!! Took 50 min to get food delivered. so much for the freaky fast!!! Very disappointed, I would advise not going there.

Not bad at all for a quick sandwich! They are always fast and reliable. I really like the lettuce wrap option instead of getting bread. The ingredients are fresh but they are heavy handed with the condiments, so if you don’t like mayo make sure to order without! :)

I’m used to getting my order freaky fast, after all I live about 1.5 miles away, but the past 2 times I’ve ordered its been 25 – 40 minutes. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes, I’d order pizza. I’m done.

We ordered 6 sandwiches for lunch at noon while visiting a customer site for work. Here it is almost two and a half hours later, and we still haven’t received our food. We are 2.1 miles straight down the street from them. These people are freaky slow and take freaky forever. Just go to the grocery store and get ingredients to make your own sandwiches. It will be way faster.

very hit or miss, sometimes the food and service are good and others they are rude, slow and no customer service when they get your order wrong … if they weren’t so close to my job and delivered I probably wouldn’t use them.

I got the Ultimate Porker and my girlfriend got the Hulu. The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. It took a little longer to get our sandwiches than normal, but they were delicious as usual. Keep up the excellent work JJ’s!

This location has failed me a total of three times now. I give up. I order from here pretty frequently and the last three months or so this place has gone down the drain. The last two times I have waited well over 45 minutes for the delivery to just open up the sandwiches and see that they were made incorrectly. Don’t get me wronh, they fixed it and redelivered it pretty quickly but it gets old really quick. Today, I decided to give it one last try. Ordered one sandwich an hour and 45 minutes ago and I am STILL waiting. I called twice and was told I was the next one on the list. That was over 40 minutes ago and still no sandwich. I live 1.2 miles from this place. How long can it possibly take? Don’t waste you’re time with this location. Go find something else for lunch. Update: after over 2 hours I called back to cancel the order. Spoke to the manager and she didn’t even apologize for anything. Great customer service.

Terrible service. Very rude lady who took order. Had friends at the same office building as myself. They refuse to deliver another sandwich to same location. Poorly made sandwich. I eat jimmy johns all the time from a different location. Will never come back to this location.

So a rep called me to find out what went wrong. They apologized and gave me $ 15 credit. However, I have no plans in using that as my co-workers also ordered food from them today, and, no surprise here, it also took them an hour to deliver the food. They also neglected to include the sides as well, so I had to call Jimmy John’s back to get the sides. The person at the other end of the line almost seemed baffled that I called and would request the sides that they ordered. I’m not sure if it’s their delivery drivers or the overall staff/management that keeps making these mistakes, but I’m officially done and will discourage my office from ordering from them if they want a timely delivery for their meetings.

Stopped in for a sandwich. Opened the sandwich when I got home. There was no meat on the sandwich. Drove ail the way back. They didn’t offer anything but to remake the sandwich. Asked for my money back. Won’t be going back here.

Pretty annoying. We’ve ordered from this location for years, always over the phone. The last two times we decided to try online ordering. It’s been convenient enough but the delivery has been less than fast. More than hour wait for«freaky fast delivery» is ridiculous.

I work just down the street from this location and order for delivery pretty frequently. The food is always delicious and made just how I ordered it. The only down side is the inconsistency with the delivery time. Usually it’s here within 15 – 20 minutes which is totally acceptable. However the last time I ordered for delivery it took them over an hour! I had my email confirmation from the order so I knew exactly when I placed it. 70 minutes later my food still had not arrived. I called the store but could not understand the person who answered. The background noise was crazy loud and I could not understand the woman on the phone. I hung up and had my co-worker call the store to see if she would have better luck. Apparently she could understand whoever answered and we were told our food just left and was on it’s way. Our order was 2 sandwiches and 2 pickles. The fact that it took an hour and 10 minutes for the order to be made and leave the store is crazy. The fact that no one called us to give an update or apologize is unacceptable. Totally hit or miss with this location.

4 Stars for Food 2 Stars for Service = 3 Stars Good sandwich. Customer service, not so much. They could have been a little more helpful with us two visually impaired customers. like pointing out napkins, etc. For example the drink station, as far as I could see – coz they sure didn’t offer to help– had no lids or straws nearby. Nor napkins. Yes I could have been assertive and asked but if they were more intuitive/sensitive to their customers they would have noticed me looking around for a couple of minutes, in the midst of the crowds.

After asking if they would deliver to me, giving my address, and then even confirming the cross streets I placed my order for delivery and gave them my credit card number. A little while later I got a call back from them and they told me they canceled my order because I am too far away. I’m about 2.5 miles from the store, how is this too far? Why would they take my order in the first place? So basically, if you do not live within very short walking distance and can just pick up the sandwich yourself, do not ask Jimmy Johns to deliver it to you. I’d love to be able to comment on the food… but I can’t because they canceled my order. No food, no stars.
