Even for this place being packed on Sunday afternoon the wait was very short and I was served immediately. My waitress was nice and very prompt. The food came out fast and was delicious! I had the pineapple up side down cake pancakes and they were awesome. Also had the colorado omelette which is one of my favorites.

My father and I stopped in to have some breakfast. This seemed to be your standard run if the mill ihop, except for Angel. Angel turned out to be one of the best waitresses I’ve ever been lucky enough to have at a place like this. The breakfast was served hot and fresh as it should be, this location also offers a military discount… thx ihop!

I have been coming to this IHOP on and off for numerous years I’m giving this place 3 stars due to the fact the turkey bacon is very good and the waitress Terry was very polite and caring, she did her best! the coffee was cold my eggs were overcooked. I ordered them basted to me that means a runny center and the white is cooked but I guess I stand corrected because the manager told me with a snooty attitude there are multiple ways of cooking a basted egg. Back to the waitress she gave us some fruit to make up for what happened and a cup of piping hot coffee. The manager Edgar did not knock anything off of the bill for any of the inconvenience and he was not very nice at all. Edgar the manager acted like a waiter not a manager .When I come to your restaurant all I expect is to get what I ordered and for it to be nice and piping hot when I get my food and for it to be delicious and yummy and also if I have any complaints for the Manager to handle it in a professional manner not to be treated with snottiness.

I get it this was all probably my thought for choosing to eat at a chain restaurant but against my better judgement I did… The wait was disgustingly long and for no apparent reason we were there on a Wednesday and there were only 5 tables. It took us over 15minutes to get our drink order. Then over an hour after that for our food?!? Wtf is up with that at least the waitress could’ve came and checked on us by time our food came we all had empty drinks.

I will say the only thing I enjoyed about here was the nice customer service. I ordered a 2×2×2 to go which took forever. I thought the order would be straight since it took so long to get to me. Well when I got back to my room I found out I was missing some meat. Lesson learned here. Check your food before you leave the restaurant!

I find it hard this place would have such a bad rating but always is full. I have been here three or four times and it’s always packed. The servers are ordinary fast-casual/diner like and that works for me. It also is fast and efficient when it comes to getting the order in and getting the drinks out. I have watched 4 servers hit all their tables quickly and it’s just a Friday. People and liking their food and the coffee is so good. They have reasonable prices and their options for a vegetarian child are endless. I appreciate that the most. The food coming out looks like the pictures which I wish I could show in pictures but that would be weird to the other customers so take my word for it :)

the service was terrible the food was mediocre and cold. pancakes were good, ihop needs to stick to what the name says, pancakes! the tea was terrible we had to ask for refills. I tried two different teas, all garbage. I finally just told her to get me an apple cider. you can’t screw that up, pour the packet in hot water. the manager comped my meal but 2 out of 3 meals terrible? come on guys. the Colorado blvd one is so much better. better stick to village in

This place is below average for an IHOP. It was a super early breakfast because we were on our way to the airport and needed to grab a quick breakfast before our 10 houra flight. This place was a little dirty. You could see they didnt get a chance to clean up under the tables next to us. The had dirty forks and napkins underneath, and food on the ground. I saw they were serving thanksgiving food for the holiday season, and I ordered their ham dish. Sadly, the restaurant was pretty empty, but it took a while to get our food from the kitchen. Plus, when my dad got his burger and fries the fried were cold and the burger wasnt pleasant. I guess thats the kind of food you get at 3am. You could tell the waitress was trying, and kind of new. So, I had to give her a little slack when it came to our service. She seemed a little unknowledgable about the menu, and didnt have much opinion about the food.

We went in for a late night snack. The waiter was very effective in bringing us our snack or drinks and allowing us to play cards and talk into the night. The restaurant did smell a little bit funny and the food was well nothing to write home about. What made this a four star versus at three-star affair was the service-level. It makes all the difference in the world to have a waiter keep your Coke filled and table clean when you’re trying to play cards. The least positive person was the manager who took no interest in seating us, sufficiently greeting us upon entrance, nor thanking us when we left. So in this case don’t go for the food, be prepared to wait at the front, and enjoy the bottomless beverages.

After a long night at the hospital, IHOP was the hot spot to eat. We were greeted by a clown(not literally) Just a hostess who was experimenting on make up… Anyways, We were placed at our seats right when we walked in door but never got served. The table next to us sat down after us and was tended to before us… No one came back for us, I even had few stare downs with the manger. I failed to gain his attention, so we left and went to village inn down the way. Service was terrible…

The service was very good. The waitress was kind and attentive. Everything was going well until we received our food. I saw instantly that my pancakes where a bit overdone. I didn’t say an ting right way. I told my husband and he agreed they appeared over cooked. I decided to give them a try before just dismissing them I cut off a piece and as I was cutting into the pancake I could hear how crunchy they where. I look a bit and could taste instantly they where indeed over cooked. My husband gave his pancakes which where not as overly done as mine but still not what I am bit darker than normal. When the waitress came back over she asked if everything was allright and I told her my pancakes where a bit over cooked. Instead of her coming being honest and admitting to the fact that the pancakes where over cooked, which clearly could be seen just by appearance, she went to say that it’s so hard because some people like them crunch and others don’t. I was a bit annoyed at this point and want to tell her how bout you just make my pancakes how they look in the picture, the same way ever other ihop has made them not dark brown and crunchy. But I said no of that then she offered to get me another order that was less done which I declined. I just at my husbands slightly overdone pancakes instead.
