Goodyear Auto Service Center

Took my jeep in and as a woman I’m always afraid that the men will try to screw me over. However I think they were very fair and gave me a lot of discounts. Service was slow but I understand it’s a business and they just want to help as many people as they can. Staff was super nice and helpful. I would recommend to someone who needed tires or a quick repair!

Made an appointment for an oil change, took the car in, was told it would be done in an hour and a half. What’s the point of an appointment? It takes 15 minutes to change the oil, they must overbook by about 5 or 6 cars. Waste of time.

Dropped my car off for oil change at 7am and was told it would be done by closing… NOT. Could have used my car for the 11 hours they kept it, never again. Businesses should have a semblance of integrity

This place has come to my rescue on 2 occasions. I came here for a new car battery & also to get a new snow tire after getting a flat. This place is conveniently close to where I live & service is quick and friendly. Both times I have been here the wait has been under 20 minutes. The waiting room is large and not cold (like @ PepBoys) & there’s a TV, coffee area & magazines to entertain you while you wait for your car to be serviced.
My snow tire was $ 137.
Brandon, the manager, is very helpful & quick.
I’d highly recommend coming here for some tire work. They definitely make me feel more @ ease with my car.

They are always busy but take time to offer each customer quality, personal service and a thorough explanation of what is needed and why. Their work is done and ready exactly when they say it will be and their prices are reasonable. If they just had decent coffee, I’d give them 5 stars.

I have always taken my car to Goodyear in the past, and overall have been extremely happy with the service and mechanics. I went into this Goodyear for the first time, and was not disappointed. Everyone I talked with was very nice, friendly, and helpful. As a woman who does not know much about cars, mechanically, it can be easy to be taken advantage of, by auto stores who are just trying to make money off of you. I had recently taken my car to a different auto store, and much to my horror, was given a very expensive estimate for repairs, and none of it was explained very well. Not feeling right about it and wanting a second opinion, I took it to this Goodyear (what I should have done in the beginning) and had a MUCH better experience and a less expensive estimate. The mechanics took me into the garage to look at my car and showed me what needed repairing and why, and how immediate the need was to get each part fixed. They were thorough and detailed in explaining, very kind, honest, and trustworthy; I felt confident I was not being taken advantage of in any way. I am extremely happy with this Goodyear, and they will continue to get my business. I highly recommend this store — they are good people.

1.5 hr service time with reservations. Shady. Air filter is K&N & does not need to be replaced. Lack of trust. Avoid.

As a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I’m very happy with the service I get from Goodyear. I started going here 5 years ago and have only strayed twice. In those two times, the experiences were terrible and I would go to Goodyear to have them fix the mistakes of other shops.
Henry used to do my car when I first started going, and he was great! He would tell me what I need, what I can skimp on, and never do anything without consulting me first. Other shops would just do the service without my consent and add it to the bill, but not Henry.
Now that he has been promoted, I trust everyone at the shop to do my car because he oversees everything. After 5 years, I still get great service from them and have never been disappointed. I don’t even live in Aurora, I’m in Wash Park, but I’m more than willing to take my car over there for great service

Well, I decided to not chance it anymore on my, what they refer to in the south as «may-​pops». That means riding on tires that could pop at anytime… For the longest time, I was at least wishing that tires were not a necessity on a vehicle…
Anyway, I decided to head down to the hood (don’t be offended, Denver doesn’t have a true hood) and talk to them about getting some feet on my olé skool Jeep Cherokee… They were helpful, the place was tidy and they got me in and out in a «jiffy»… They didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Although the construction on Havana SUCKS, I will still give them 5 stars for the visit…
