This is probably my favorite store at Fox Valley, and I’m very, VERY thankful for it. I’ve been very lucky recently in that I’ve really liked the clothing that I’ve seen, and that I can almost always find it in my size. Shopping for myself sucks multiple big ones, and I’m not trying to throw myself a pity party about it, but it’s very frustrating. It’s not that I can’t find things that fit me, it’s that I can’t find them without having to wander into the kids section. I’m not ****** doing that. Thank you Express, thank you ever so much. I have consistently, over the past few years, been able to find nice clothes, both pants/jeans and shirts/dress shirts – though the smallest waist-size they carry is 28, which is the highest I can go before the pants start looking ridiculously large on me; thankfully, a lot of the fitting is slim so that helps a great deal too. The store is large, clean, and organized, and I have found the employees to be more helpful here than in any other clothing store in the mall. I’m always approached by at least one person, and have found them to be helpful on the occasions when I needed it; just the last time I visited one of the employees approached me long after I had selected a couple of pairs of pants and suggested the same pants but in a different – albeit more expensive – fit, noting that it was slimmer. The hell is that? Really freakin appreciated is what that is. The clothing is more expensive than at the gap, but really it’s not that bad because they’re always offering deals, sales, and they have rewards programs, so it’s definitely a place that’s worth checking out.

The slooooooowest customer service and check out line EVER. NO matter what day or time, there is always ONE cashier and 50 employees on the floor. ANNOYING

I love Express women’s jeans. They’re reasonably priced, especially if you have a coupon. Express has an inventory problem though, they are always out of several sizes, and that’s irritating. I used to like their menswear, but lately it’s gotten boring. Wanted to purchase a sweater as a gift, but the men’s selection this season is lacking in variety. Be prepared to wait in line, and it’s even worse during the holidays.

I LOVEEXPRESS. I have been saying that since High School. I shop with coupons and sales though. They got nice, classy pants, jeans, and tops. I love the comfortable, chic style this place has to offer. They are great at helping you find your size in the fitting room too. I like the vibrant colors there clothes have, the fit, and the dresses.

This is another store that I suckled on for fashion in my teens. I never enjoyed it as much as Mandy’s, but there are no Mandy’s in the midwest. So what happened? They went ultra sheik with the décor, and ultra shite with the clothing. If I have to endure through one more picture of a skeletal form posing hautily for a poster of mismatched and ill put together ensemble I may actually puke — there, I think I did a little in my mouth. You can never look like the posters in this shop mainly because I think the mock ups for the posters are made of higher quality material than what they actually have on the rack. The worst part of the new store look — the insanely LOUD music. When I can’t hear you asking me if I need a fitting room right infront of my face — turn the F’ing techno DOWN!
