History

Established in 2005.

Roy Thomas is the owner of Exclusive Insurance Solutions. He has spent his entire professional career of 21 years serving customers in the Insurance Industry including claims and underwriting. Having been a Claim Manager, Underwriting Director, and Agent, he understands the workings and processes of insurance companies. This provides him with the ability to assist his clients in the 2 most important stages of an insurance contract.

1) Writing the proper coverage in the first place, and

2) Helping clients through the claim process when it occurs.

Business Owner

Roy received a B.A. from CSUF in 1991 and then immediately started working in a marketing role of an insurance company. Wanting to understand how the entire industry worked, he chose to branch out into claims and underwriting where he was quickly promoted to a Director level position.

Realizing that true customer service and interaction with clients takes place at the agency level, Roy decided to start his own agency on 2005. He says that the most rewarding part of his business is being able to truly protect people in their greatest times of need.

Roy’s most prized possession is his family. He and his wife Darlene, currently have 12 beautiful children, 2 fantastic sons-​in-​law and 2 grand daughters.
