DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Being as ice cream lover went there. But unfortunately the ice cream was expired or some thing. I ended up throwing it. Went back to complain twice but the old man kept me quit so the others won’t here that he is selling expired ice cream. I kept asking to meet the manager but he kept refusing that he isnt there. Wont ever go to dq again.

Unfortunately, they need to terminate the staff and start over. What a mess ! People yelling in the back, screwing around. 10 minutes to make a Blizzard. It was over filled. Melting all over the place. They jammed the lid on, then put the spoon through the straw hole ! More mess trying to take it out. I went back in to get a bunch of napkins. I tried telling a man with half of his teeth and black hoop earrings about the mess. He said that he would tell the owner.?! As I was waiting for this mess, one girl would take one order then go on break. Happened three times. Then Another girl coming off break was tucking her shirt into her pants then she went straight to the register after her hands were inside of her pants. My receipt had a coupon on it that was good at this DQ ONLY… I’m throwing it away.

Average DQ. Nothing special. They charge you for every little thing after they are very stingy about hot fudge and sprinkles. Want more? Costs extra. I’d rather go to Baskin Robbins where they are generous with their toppings.

I was definitely not able to hold the blizzard upside down. It was melted and they gave us the wrong order.

Never had a problem at this location. Very nice people and very quick to get your order out. Great ice cream

After a disappointing Dinner at the other side of town, we came here for our Desserts treat. Since we wanted something sweet, Hubs suggested to go to this DQ Grill and Chill Restaurant, one of the new establishment in this part of town.

This DQ Grill and Chill Restaurant is located, just NORTH OF I-​70 & TOWER ROAD, Just past Super Center WAL-​MART, CHILI’S and WELLS FARGO BANK.
Yes, you order at the counter, just like any other Fast Food Establishment. From the Menu, Hubs opt for a Peanut Buster Parfait ($ 4.39) which consists of peanuts, mounds of creamy, smooth DQ® vanilla soft serve and tons of rich hot fudge. I opt to have Orange Julius Small 16 oz Berry-​Pomegranate Premium Fruit Smoothie ($ 3.49), and a small Chocolate Cone Dip ($ 2.39).
I am thankful we came at the «right» timing, before the «MAD» AFTER Dinner Rush since it was Halloween Night, that evening. The lady who took our order at the counter was the one who sent our order to the table where we were seating.
We opt to be seated inside to enjoy our treats. We sat ourselves near to the refrigerated items of DQ Cake Galore! On the walls as part of their Décor, they feature the HISTORY of Dairy Queen and Orange Julius. That is so cool to read them and learn the past of DQ and Orange Julius. All in all a decent treat and we don’t mind returning when needed to try other items that this DQ Grill and Chill Restautant has to offer. You can also enjoy your DQ or Orange Julius treats from the little patio outside the establishment when weather permitting aka on a Sunny Day or during the Summer Season.
This establishment also offer, Burgers, Sandwiches, Fries, Combos what nots and NOT Forgetting their DQ and Orange Julius Desserts. When we were enjoying our treats from my observation, they are swamped ALOT more thru their DRIVE-​THRU orders. So please be patient if you intend to come here to Dine in your Burger Items or Desserts.
