Discount Tire Store – Aurora, CO

We waited for my car to get its tires rotated and the process has never been easier, thanks to Discount Tires. The people are extremely friendly and Jeffrey was the main guy to help us. There is an illusion that the lines will keep you waiting for a while, upon walking in, but you actually see that this particular location is not going to lack great service, and you’ll be assisted in no time. Jeffrey went ahead and checked for my vehicles’ tire air pressure and confirmed that my tires are still in the green section. He used a thread depth to see how low the air was. It was an easy process and he explained it to us as best as he can. Very positive experience for sure.

I had to be towed here when my tire exploded. I had just paid for towing and was very low on funding. The gentlemen i worked with gave me a price and i was $ 20 short. It had been a really rough morning so i kinda broke down. He was very nice to the crying me and he figured out how to help me out and they had me in and out in 40 mins even though they were slammed! After being stranded on the interstate for 3 hours, it was just what i needed to get myself back together. Highly recommend this location!

These guys are incredible. After a bit of confusion, the tires I wanted weren’t in stock. They did everything they could to take care of me to ensure I left with tires for the impending snow storm. I’ve bought a lot of tires from them over the years and even though it’s a drive to get to this location, this experience alone has proven it’s worth it. All of my friends will know about Matt and his team!

After 1 less than great and 1 awful experience, Matt with Discount Tire went ALL OUT to make it up to me. It is nice to know that there is a company out there willing to make things right when they make an error. We all make errors sometimes, but what counts is what you do to make up for it. I have been to this location twice. Both times it was for flat tires. I came in with the spare on and left with brand new tires both times. Service is courteous and helpful. Usually about an hour wait but the place is busy and you can see that they are doing what they can.

Fast, friendly, professional business. Jeremy was exceptional. Will definitely use this business for all of my tire purchases.

Considering their location, the staff here work pretty well. They’re about average when it comes to speed, normal 1 – 2 hour or so wait time for anything. I have come here for mostly punctured tires and have not had any or seen any complaints.

After a stressful afternoon of waiting an hour and a half for my Toyota Care Roadside Assistance (that never showed up…) I made the brave, and annoyed, choice to make the 1.5 mile drive to Discount Tires with a screw in one of my tires. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when I arrived. In the end I walked out with a free patch and a much improved mood. The free patch speaks highly to their level of customer service since I did not purchase my tires from DT. I will be back to them when I need a new set of tires! Thanks for turning my day around DT!

I stopped in to discount tire because I had a weird feeling in my front end while driving. I went in and talked to a young man who was very pleasant and helpful, he looked at my tires and said the tires appeared to be low on pressure. He then topped off all 4 tires with air, didn’t charge me anything and said have a great day. I’ve shopped at discount tire many times in my life and now know why, always helpful and fare recommend discount tire to everyone I know.

I am usually fairly skeptical of tire stores that may have pushy sales people or overpriced tires. This Discount Tire is outstanding, you can leave those reservations at the door. Managers Ryan and Carlos were both awesome! I came in for a snow tire swap originally and they did it for less and ahead of schedule although they were very busy. They didn’t try to sell me tires or convince me I needed other services. They go the extra mile to do all of the little things too that other competitors have decided are no longer important. Those items would include vehicle protection, tire inspection. mounting surface preparation, and employing a team that could actually drive my standard transmission vehicle. I went back later for a TPMS light and was in and out right away with no delays, later bought a set of tires for another vehicle here and got a great price on an outstanding name brand (Yokohama) tire. This location is 5 starts for a reason! Thank you!

My little tire pressure light went on, and I went to Discount at 5:55 pm, I didn’t know they closed at 6:00 pm. I mentioned needing my tires filled up due to my tire pressure light turning on, I told them I would return the next day since they were due to close soon, but the nice gentleman assured me it was fine, checked my tires, and even rotated them when he certainly did not have to!
I’ve been back since, and they’ve only shown exceptional service. I totally recommend Discount, and especially this location.

I’ve had to come here several times in the past couple weeks. One of the workers wasn’t thorough and thus resulted in an extra trip. I’m currently waiting for them to put 4 new tires on after they cut me a deal. Other than the one guy everyone else has been good.

Ryan the manager was awesome! I have a tire under warranty and there ordering me a replacement as they currently don’t have it in stock as it has been replaced by a different line (bought the tires in 2010). He did give me the option to replace with a different tire but I like my set to match so we ordered the correct one. He also noticed my lug nuts were incorrect and replaced them free as they had an extra set. He even got me a used tire to use while I wait for the new one to arrive! Nice I don’t have to wear out my spare tire! Great customer service if you ask me! Will be buying my next set of tires here!

They were willing to work with me on short notice, gave me a great price, and stayed open late to accomodate me. They were professional, courteous, and made me feel like I was making the right decision on an expensive purchase.

I have been coming here for the past few years to get my tires and I have to say that these guys are honest and accommodating. I’ve never had a problem at this location-​even when I showed 20 min before closing due to a flat tire.

Been going here regularly to get my tires rotated for the last year or so. The service is quality and quick… even when really busy.
They broke a wheel stud off this last visit while taking off the lug nuts and simply handed me a voucher to get it repaired free at the place next door, no questions asked. AWESOME!!!
At Big 0 tires they make you pay for their mistake… I know i used to work there.

These guy always treat me well! They are honest and always have a staff that’s willing to work and not just sit around. They are fast and reliable. I will always buy my tires from them.
