Annika was my driver. She was very courteous and a great driver. The prices are very good and I will use them again.

Regal Limo was offering a Unilocal deal for $ 62 for $ 125 in transportation. This seemed like a great deal, however, their prices were not quoted on their website, so I requested a price quote from them to and from Downtown to the airport. I was quoted $ 62 each way at the time, which seemed reasonable, so I proceeded to purchase the Unilocal Deal. When I called Regal Limo, they were very polite and I was able to quickly confirm my reservation at which time I gave them my Unilocal deal info and everything seemed good to go. The next day I was emailed by the owner and that’s where things got ridiculous. The owner claimed that The Unilocal voucher was only good for 1-​way travel (which is completely false and not part of the terms at all!) additionally, she claimed that the quote I was given already included the Unilocal deal. There was never any mention of a included discount in the quote I was given and if that quote was including the Unilocal deal that would mean that they are charging $ 124 for a one-​way trip to DIA from downtown, making that nearly double what every other company in the area charges for a Towncar to DIA from downtown! The owner emailed back and claimed that there was an error in the terms of the Unilocal deal and that they had taken it down. A reputable company would have honored their mistake and provided transportation at the quoted deal rate. I cannot speak to their quality of service as it relates to the actual transportation since I cancelled my reservation, however, if they conduct themselves in the field the same way as they do on the business side, I would steer clear of Regal Limo at all costs.
