History
Established in 1995.
I have been a massage therapist since 1995. When I graduated from the Cottonwood School of Massage Therapy, I owned and operated the school. From the moment of graduation I was grateful to have a full private practice. Working on so many people in pain prompted me to create my own massage modality, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique or SMRT. In 1997, I left Cottonwood and opened the Full Circle School of Alternative Therapies in Edwards, CO. Over the course of the next seven years, I taught Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, pregnancy massage, myofascial unwinding, etc., but mostly I taught SMRT and anatomy. Along with all that teaching, I was booked seven weeks in advance in my private practice. After closing Full Circle to care take for my in-laws in Denver, I began to rebuild my private practice in Aurora. Currently I maintain a thriving private practice and teach SMRT around the country.
