I was referred here by my GP. I’ve found everything to be completely lackluster. The office staff is pretty rude and disorganized, but even worse is the way the medical staff lacks professionalism. I’ve booked two appointments with Dr. Cooperman, and both times he was 45+ minutes late with no explanation or apology. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
That said, Dr. Cooperman is a really nice person and seems to know what he’s doing as far as adjustments are concerned. (Hence the two stars instead of one.) He’s just not a good fit if you have a tight schedule.
I guess my search for a consistent osteopath continues.
