Terrible, awful place. Do not go here at all. The people are very rude and do not know to repair cars. They are not certified mechanincs and will make your vehicle worse after you leave it there. Spent over $ 500 and the vehicle is still not repaired and worse than when we first brought it in. Everyone who answers the phone is disrespectful and rude. They should be shut down because they steal your money and lie to you about repairs. They put in over $ 300 worth of «parts» that were listed on a receipt and were NOT NEEDED. They are indeed criminals and should not be in business at all. Very sad that they steal money, lie and get away with it.
Stay away from this place. It is not a repair shop — it is a sad excuse for a business. Awful.

Honestly, the first time I came here, I was beyond annoyed with this place b/​c they had been working on my car for over a week (I just needed new rims and tires for my Volvo). they kept saying it would be done and then we’d go and then it was not done. I must say, I just went back yesterday with my Honda Element for a new exhaust and brakes and they did a great job. Daniel (the owner) has always been very nice and the prices are great here. I would recommend this place. the people work hard and are all friendly. although I did have a not so great first experience, I am extremely happy with my results. I went from having false opinions and almost being charged $ 1500 to paying $ 400. I will be back and thank you Daniel for your Awesome work.

0 STARS!!! I came here because my heater went out on my car. I waited 2 hours for them to check the car out and give me an estimate. They came back with the sum of nearly 300 USD, which was fine. I kept the car overnight (technically for 24 hours) and paid upon pickup as the car was deemed ‘operable’ and ‘fixed.’ I turned the heater on, it worked so I turned it off as I did not need it at the time. I went to Wal-​Mart, came out and turned the heater on, it ran for a couple of minutes then went out. I went right back up to this mechanic shop and they refused to return my money. They looked at it again, however. long story short they tried 3 different fuses and kept sending me on my way. each time the heater would go out within a few minutes. They originally replaced the blower motor and resistor. At that point they said, it might be electrical or a compressor (they DIDN’T KNOW) and commenced to want to charge me MORE… now I am gridlocked… I either pay more for something that MAY OR MAY NOT WORK… or I just lost out on 300 bucks and still the heater does not work… they DON’T CARE either way… My issue is. if they had the car for that long, all it would have taken was them to test it. they would have known BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY, that the issue was deeper… Now this is the SECOND TIME (why I didn’t listen when I told myself never to return) that Chihuahua’s have screwed me over. First time was awhile ago when they were repairing my vehicle to the tune of 1000s of USD, and they said it would be done within 24 hours. I came back at said time and it is important to note that I was dropped off. The vehicle was not done… I had to walk home with my luggage (I did not live in the area at the time my car broke down) and my small child. they never offered to drop me off at a safe location… and then it took them 4 more days to fix the car… so I was stranded in a city in which I did not live. No I’m sorry’s, no compensation… just no regard for their clientele… and I bought tires from them on NUMEROUS occasions before our recent negative dealings so why the disdain? THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO COME TO… do what you must to never give these incompetent individuals your money… your car (and your sanity) will thank you!!!
