Established and very professional cattery with 100% happy customers, who owns our beautiful kittens and cats and very happy to have them as part of their family. I would not suggest even thinking of doing business with Natalya Tardif at all. I called her and could not understand what she was saying and because I repeated the question she yelled at me and said «did you hear what I said?». I told her gently I thought she seemed angry and she hung up on me. this is so disrespectful and I am sorry to see people with this kind of attitude running a business. I feel so sorry for them.

We’re very happy with our cat.
The owner was professional, courteous and kind — from the first call, the visit to the cattery and all the way through to the follow up calls after we brought our kitty home.
The cattery was clean and comfortable and we were able to visit with the cats and see first hand the quality of her cats and the cattery itself.
I wasn’t enthusiastic about the food that was recommended — Lifes Abundance — but that was just because it felt like an Amway kind of setup. I did feel like the recommendation was based upon her passion for the product and not based on a desire to «sell» it.

I still would NOT suggest doing business with Charodey Siberians. She has sent me numerous emails for my review harassing me to remove my comments. These statements are my opinions on my dealing with this lady and I would STILL suggest not to do business with her.
