Cavanagh’s Custom Landscaping

Our backyard was a mess! There was no sprinkler system in place and the grass was overrun with weeds. The railroad ties were rotting away and looked awful. We knew our backyard needed a complete makeover, so we got a few bids and decided to go with Cavanagh’s Custom Landscaping. Steven Cavanagh and his crew installed a wonderful, water saving sprinkler system, new sod, rock and retaining rock wall. My vegetable garden now has an automatic drip watering system, too! My husband and I are very impressed with the quality of the job and couldn’t be happier. Everything that was specified in the bid was done and then some! Steven decided that one spot needed something, so he planted a cute little tree that’s just perfect and at no extra charge! Steven is very knowledgeable about everything related to the landscaping business and it shows. The price we were quoted on the written bid is what we paid, even after we made some changes to the work order. So, Steven stands by his price guarantee. (Scott T lives in Virginia, so I don’t think his review is of the same company.)

I recommend you steer clear of this business since there is a serious lack of integrity. We were quoted one price, work performed ended up being dramatically less than the original quote but the price was not. Worker asked my wife what military pay grade I was in before giving her the final bill. I and many people that I know have a lot of landscaping work to be done, but it will not be done by Cavanagh’s.
