I like to come to this outlet store to buy their underwear. I love them and they are definitely the cheapest here vs. department stores.
This last week I am kind of pissed though and I think I might try to purchase online now because I just don’t want to go back.
I was waiting at the checkout area and no clerk was around. I waited about a minute and decided to try and find someone. Directly behind me was a worker who was folding clothes (yes she could see me waiting in line). I asked if those registers were open and she answered me (with a lot of attitude) «I’ll be with you in a minute!». Sheesh, ok… I will wait at the registers.
A little while goes by and there are now three people standing behind me to check out. A new worker walks by and asks if we are being helped. I replied that we weren’t. She then calls for someone in her earbud to come to the front. Guess who she calls up? You guessed it! The worker folding clothes right in front of the registers! Well after another minute or so this lady FINALLY comes to the register. She takes my bundle of underwear and starts to ring me up.
Honestly, I was about to walk out without my purchase. But I reeeeaaalllyyy wanted my new undies! This clerk gives no mention about being sorry for the wait, or her attitude… She just glared at me while ringing me up.
Skip to later that night when I was looking at my receipt. This clerk over charged me by about $ 30. I didn’t notice in the store because I wanted the h*ll outta there by the time I actually got some help from the attitude-​filled clerk. I called the store and the guy on the other end told me they would fix it when I came back in. Well I live about an hour away and that wasn’t an option for that day. He said to come back when I had a chance. No, «Gosh I’m sorry that happened» or anything.
So now I have to head back out there sometime this week for them to fix their mistake. I am super annoyed and probably won’t be back after I get this sorted out.

The CK outlet is great for comfortable, casual clothes for the weekend, or a polished, professional work look. I purchased a cardigan here that I could wear with dress pants, jeans or even through over a tank and some yoga pants if I wanted to. I love the versatility of the clothes.
I’ve also bought jeans here that fit amazing. They are too small now, but they’re tucked in the pile of «someday» clothes in my dresser.
I’m not a fan of the wall of CK logo shirts. I kind of got over wearing logos emblazoned across my chest in my early 20s. Even though most of the customers here appear to be late 20s and up, I’m too old for any logo on my boobs.

It’s always busy, but organized. Lots of style choices for my boyfriend, but I don’t always find something I like. Actually, this past time I found something for the first time. Well, and even though it’s an outlet, it’s still pricey. I prefer Banana Republic, next door instead. But as far as service, they do well.

No one understands my ass like Calvin does.
God Bless you Francisco Costa. I was becoming increasingly frustrated at the dregs found in other stores– even my beloved Ralph Lauren, JCrew, Banana Republic were failing me, the holder of the sacred wallet, by pushing these cheap-​looking, tissue-​thin, see-​thru, unlined numbers on me.

I work in a professional office setting where no one needs to see my Lada Gaga.
I don’t want to see anyone else’s either.
Layer approximately 45 pieces over each other and wear with leggings? Again No.
I refuse to look fat or cheap when I attend bi-​weekly pilates courses to keep this body I love in shape.
Calvin never fails me.
You want Basic Black? Here they have several shades from dove gray, charcoal, all the way to deep jet black. I appreciate the other colors besides– I get a lot of compliments in Poppy (red), Night (rich jewel purple), Aegean Blue and the occasional White. All classics.
I am also quite petite. Barely 5’3″ big prints, bows, ruffles, ribbons, ruching and notions of that like tend to overwhelm me and make me look overwhelmed. Calvin Klein has a rich history of excellent, sleek, construction, minimalism– allowing the wearer to personalize, accessorize and make your own.
The sheath dresses in particular are truly extraordinarily well-​made. I appreciate the full lining, smooth seams, matching zippers, quality threads that never unravel, inside clips to hold bra straps in place… and no matter what they say, I machine wash on gentle cycle, with shampoo and hang to dry. LOVE it, love it, love it.

Was there this weekend. Very very busy place due to all the discounts. I was very happy with the service. I was greeted quickly and told about their discounts when I came in. When I needed a dressing room they accodomated me quickly and let me leave my coat and other shopping bags in the room while I picked out more clothes. I needed help with putting some colors together as I didn’t have my wife with me to coordinate things and they paged someone and he was very helpful.
