Ordered a product online and mistakenly asked to reserve in store because I got the 20% mailing list coupon which is supposed to be in-store only. I then called and asked them to ship it, and not only did they take care of that for me without skipping a beat but also used the coupon and provided free shipping(which I believe is supposed to be only for $ 49+ sales, which this wasn’t after coupon). I have not been in the store but this was [unfortunately hard to find these days] great customer service.

Excellent Guest Service! I was greeted promptly and helped with my request. I had purchased the same item at another location, and came to this store to find the matching pieces. The price was only reduced at the original store. After I mentioned the price difference, the manager happily adjusted it. Great service!!!

This location is the closest one to us, but it’s still pretty far. Even so, the trip was worth it. We found everything we needed, and then some. One staff member went above and beyond by searching the back for some coasters we needed to match(or at least coordinate) with a set we’d purchased 5+ years ago. PLUS, the young woman at checkout was very kind about doing a return for us so we could use a coupon that we’d forgotten about. Overall, pretty pleasant experience, even if I did get a little overwhelmed by the massive selection!

Walked around store looking for help but no one was on the floor to ask. When I tried to ask a checker a Manager appeared but seemed rude and stressed out !
