I have attempted to call this location all week to confirm my reservation I made for next month, and they never answer. Does not matter what time I call the phone just rings and eventually transfers you to the Budget nationwide customer service who will just request that you try contacting the location directly again.
I’m likely going to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else.

Does no one know how to answer the phone at this location and maybe say «Would you mind holding? I’ll be right with you.» Do you not want my business? I can see from the many other reviews this location is known for the lack of customer service. Come on.

Midnight at Avis facility Denver. 16 stations to process customers, one person turning people over. One person who’s been arguing with a customer for 25 minutes. Only entertaining thing is watching a roach scurry across the floor. Its like a bad 80’s imagining of a Dante sitcom.

Not cheapen Avis as this is a Budget issue – who shares this location.
Posted hours say 6 pm. Despite repeated attempts to contact this store directly and let them know that I would be there around 5:30/5:45…I arrive to pick up my rental car at 5:45 pm and the store is CLOSED. In fact, it is so deserted in there that it appears they departed long before their posted closing sign.
Unprofessional. Sadly I am attached to them until Friday, but after that… never again.
