History

Established in 2007.

We opened the doors to the Auto Spa Express of Southlands in July of 2007. On a daily basis any member of our family can be found assisting you with ticket sales, detail questions, or answering the telephone calls because customer service and that friendly atmosphere is what matters to us. MiShell started this business to build a future for her family. Her son Tony and his wife Jamie both work there, as well as MiShell’s brother Chris who also built the car wash!

We have a strong commitment to our customers and enjoy a presence in our community with the fundraisers we provide for the local schools and other organizations.

Impacting lives by providing jobs in the community, as well as being environmentally responsible as a «certified green» car wash and part of TWO water conservation programs matters. MiShell Shasteen is a Colorado native who is the oldest of 6 kids! From the time she could walk we are sure she was talking business and taking care of others! When you talk to MiShell you will know right away what matters to her and that is her family and her business! Even on her days off she is sure to be found stopping in to check on everyone from the staff to the customers because she wants to make sure everyone is taken the best care of.

I’ve been here three times and all were an overpriced, bad car wash with bad service. Let’s start with that fact that they charge you $ 4 to wipe down your car. Without an included wipe down this is nothing more than a gas station wash for twice the price. Today I paid the $ 4 for the wipe down and was vaguely told to come around and park for the wipe down. After sitting for a few minutes I get out and ask a worker staring at me if I am in the right spot and told no. I drive 20 ft to the correct spot and wait another 5 minutes before getting out again and asking two other workers who were sitting on their phones doing nothing if I am now in the right spot. Then 5 minutes later a guy wipes my car down for all of 1 minute and walks off without saying he was even done. This place has the worst service of any car wash I have ever been to. Never again will I spend a dime at this place.

I brought my sister’s car in to auto spa today to get it washed and to get a mini detail. Although I was in a hurry to get to the airport and was rushing them to finish — the team did an outstanding job on cleaning the interior of the car — which was pretty dirty when I brought it in. I want to thank the team for doing such great work under time pressure. I know my family will be back to use auto spa again.

Took my car in on 8⁄9 to get estimate on buffing and wax for my vehicle. Estimate was provided by owner’s son. Set up an appointment and brought my car back on 8⁄15. When I dropped off my car, they told me it was now going to almost double the cost with additional hidden costs like an extra $ 35 car wash. Unbelievable! A two hour job estimate increased to a 4 ½ job. An estimate of $ 185 was now $ 350. My car was in the exact same condition when I brought it in for the estimate. What was the point of getting an estimate if you’re going to change the price? What a waste of my time! It was a bait and switch tactic for more money. These guys are liars, rude and provide horrible service.

Have you ever had bugs splats in the front of your car and need a wash? I sure did so I paid $ 14.00 to get it taken care of.
After spending $ 14.00, they don’t even clean the windows! When I got home I grabbed a bucket of water and soap to clean the front of the car.
Don’t waist your time and money, go someplace else that does a better job.
Per the management remarks, I drove around to the gate and asked for assistance. I got a blank look from the lady that was there. She told me I could exit to the left.
I will never use this poor excuse of a car wash again.

This place is amazing! I was blown away at the service I received here. I went in and got the 50.00 vinyl scrub down. They went above and beyond what I paid for! They practically did a detail on my pathfinder. The lady working there was so kind to my daughters and they have a dog there! Any place that has a pet on premises is alright by me ;)

I have NEVER had a bad experience here! Their drive through services are very much the same as Chic Fil A during rush hour. They walked right up to me and explained all my choices. Very friendly and I never felt rushed or confused. The first time I came here I was so surprised at the friendly «we know all of you» environment. I have not once witnessed a single unhappy customer here while waiting to have my truck detailed. And if anyone does come in with any challenges from what I can see they always do their best to remedy the situation. This is a family owned and operated business and they seem to take a lot of pride in their business ethics. They remember names and faces and are very happy to receive a compliment, If you are looking for a true auto experience this is your place!
OH … you have got to try their wheel wash add on if your wheels have built up break dust! I wish I would have taken a before and after photo.

They took an 8 year old Mazada 6 that was used by kids and smokers and after an excellent detail job, made it look brand new. They are highly recommended for any auto cleaning job!

Do not go here. I found a place just a few miles away with better prices AND amazing service and work! Three palms auto spa guess the owner replied to my original review a long time ago and I had such a terrible experience that I prefer to reply… an owner or employee replied to my review stating I had puke in my car-​the reason why the price changed when I got there vs. Phone. And apparently this explains her rudeness also. I actually didnt have puke IN my car so clearly this owner has no idea what you are talking about. Ot doesnt surprise me though bc. There have been many reviews where this business owner has replied and denied damaging vehicles or this n that and I believe them to be true, and honestly a bit sad.

Sometimes the stars just align so everything just goes your way. Finding this family-​owned business was one of those stars!
I called the store as a spur of the moment idea and had the fortune to speak with MeShell, the owner. We had just bought a new-​used car that needed cleaning pretty bad. As luck would have it, someone had just cancelled and I was able to slip right in to that spot. Unfortunately, though, auto detailing takes time. Lots of time. Usually about four hours for four men. After I mentioned that I didn’t have a way to drop off my car (like normal people do), (or more likely because she got tired of looking at my face,) MeShell somehow managed have my car finished in about 2 ½ hours.
It was magic. The car they returned was not the same car I gave them. The results were worth every moment I spent sitting on their comfy blue couch, not to mention every penny I paid. Everyone was friendly, the employees seemed happy, and I felt like the common goal of the entire team was to please. Go there. You won’t be disappointed.

I just moved to the area and needed a good car wash. Things inside my car get pretty hairy thanks to my 10lb Chihuahua… she sheds like a beast. Although I thought this place was a bit «over-​priced» at first, the end product was worth it. They will wash the inside/​outside for $ 49 then it was an additional $ 35 for the hair removal. EVERY single piece of hair was gone, literally. My dog is a wired hair breed and the hair is very hard to get out of anything so I was excited to see every piece gone. I was also impressed that the owner was very much involved in the quality of work and checked on the progress often. «You get what you pay for» and this place does not let you down. They kinda tell you what you need and just say, this is it… but that is because they are professionals that know their business. Very impressed with the customer service and my car looked great!

Let me start by being perfectly honest; I’m not known for taking great care of my car so over the years it had accumulated its share of stains and dust and sand leftover from trips to the beach. I dropped it off this morning and Michelle, one of the owners, promised it would look good as new. I got the full detail, the engine detail and the headlight detail. The price was fair and I took advantage of their Summer Special and saved over $ 150. Every penny was well-​spent. My car indeed looks brand new and smells citrus-​y instead of like the old olive oil I spilled in the trunk. I was impressed with the attention to detail, they were done before the amount of time they quoted and Michelle even found me a ride since I had no way of getting back home. This is a great, family-​owned business and the work they do is worth the price they ask for it.

The reason I choose this wash to detail my car instead of others is the amount of detail and time they spend on my car. It is worth the $ 49 for a carpet or seat shampoo because I know when they are done it will look brand new. Also, it is only $ 44 for a full month of washes with the best wash they have. I would highly recommend this wash!

Worst car wash we have ever been to. If you are like us, you take pride in you cars, tring to keep them clean inside and out. We usually go to the wash on quincy (great place)! We happened to be at southlands and figure why not try it. Wrong answer!!! We noticed the sign that says lower or remove antenna, but figured it is the exact same as the one we always go to (they don’t have a sign that says unscrew). There is clearly something wrong with the alignment of this machine. Right away the antenna (original to my 14 year old yukon) is bent to the side breaking the piece under the cowl. The side mirror was repeatedly bent forward and backward. We are finally done and out of the was and get out to inspect. Low and behold the front license plate is bent clear over to the first bolt. Try talking to to staff who rudely say it’s not our problem, we have a sign. We asked for the manager and were told by the woman and man they were the managers (who were rude) the owners were gone. The woman called the owner and she talked with my husband. She told him she would call us in the morning to have us bring the car down for inspection. Four days have passed and no phone call. We asked for our $ 14 refund before leaving and were told NO! Do not waste your money at this place. It will cost you a lot more in the end, and the owners have no respect for clients who make paying their bills possible. This does not deserve the 1 star rating I had to give it to post!
I forgot to mention as we were complaining so was another family who had huge scratches down her trunk.
