Aurora Tax Services, LLC was founded in 2009. Our goal is to provide a more complete overall service than the large franchise tax preparers. Using a business model that includes a high level of personal service has allowed Aurora Tax Services to steadily grow over the three plus years we have been in business.

Keith C.

Business Owner

Keith P. Clark, CPA is licensed in the State of Colorado which was offically obtained in January 2010. Keith has a Bachelor of Science Degree in business majoring in accounting from Metro State in Denver, Colorado — graduated in 2006. Keith also has a Master’s Degree from the Business School at University of Colorado @ Denver majoring in accounting — graduated in 2009.

Keith has accounting manager /​controller experience with several companies in the Denver-​Metro area. Keith also has tax preparation /​management experience with two different firms as well as with Aurora Tax Services, LLC. Keith Clark has specific accounting and tax preparation experience in construction and with dental practices.
