I ordered the steak and garlic potatoes with the green beans for car side to go and it was ready exactly when it was supposed to be.
The steak was perfect and taste great and so did the rest. The best meal I have had in months.

C’mon all you 1 and 2 star folks. The complaints are all the same: bad food/​bad service! Shit c’mon man… it’s fricken Applebee’s — not some 5 star fricken restaurant! Chill out! Although, okay, one or two/​few of the complaints could be valid. I hear ya.
What I have to say: very delicious. Food was very good! Service was awesome & friendly. Staying right across the way at Hampton Inn, so I walked over despite the bad reviews. It’s open til 12am so that’s good for the «long hours» worker. Steak quesadillas appetizer was really, really good. Packed with meat! Salads are delish too.
And when I went in the first night, the place was packed… so it can’t be that bad.

I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserves it. We had 35 people for soccer and I called many restaurants and they would not sit us. The management team here cut out a portion of the restaurant and got us all seated. The wait staff was great and attentive. Food was good and hit. I had the ribs which were great. Corporate will hear from me about how great a job these guys did.

We’ve only had take out one time over here and it wasn’t that reserving. The taste was rather acquiring and not very direct. I think I reserved my taste at least a few times and then realized that it tasted a bit much. It is a good restaurant but I wouldn’t so much return to enjoy the food.

Bad curbside experience they advertise curbside but refuse to go out to your car. I go inside after it becomes clear they don’t honor the curbside pickup they advertise. Waited for about 15 minutes after estimated pickup time. When I arrived back to my house I realized they forgot some of our order. I call them to let them know and Joshua tells me «well what do you want me to do about it?» «You can come back and we can give you what your missing.» So I drive back and wait another five minutes to get the rest of our food. No apology no offer to compensate us for the gas and time wasted or the fact that my meal was now completely cold and ruined or the rude waiter we had to deal with on the phone. The food is okay but the service is thee worse service I have ever experienced at Applebee’s

I have eaten here many times over the years and the food is good. The staff changes over a lot, so its hit or miss on getting a good waiter or waitress. This time we had a good one and the place is always clean. I am rarely in that part of town anymore, but if I am I will stop by for lunch.

Had 25 minutes and a starving difficult 88 year old mother who insisted on eggs. Ted’s Montana grill wouldn’t make them. Nick at Applebees next door was happy to make her eggs even though they weren’t on the menu. Thank you Nick. We will be back.

This place is an absolute joke, I am not one to write reviews or rant negatively about restaurants being that I worked in them for years but this had to be said. I am currently writing this review while still waiting on a simple fried take out order for nearly an hour now. Not one person has followed up with me to give me any idea as to why there is such a long delay. I have seen more employees socialize with each other and watch the tvs around the bar then even try to do their job. I won’t go on and on about my experience being in this business but I will strongly suggest that given a similar atmosphere and menus selection please, do yourself a favor, go to either Buffalo Wild Wings or red robin, both located right next to this apple bees.

I tried, really tried to like this Applebees. 4 visits in the past three weeks (business trip).
Extremely poor service as s single diner. One night it was the 20 minute wait to have anyone ask for a drink order (while I saw multiple other tables get seated, drink orders taken, and their drinks delivered). Two different nights I was brought the wrong food. And another I practically had to tackle a waitperson to get my bill. All seemed very strange given this is a restaurant surrounded by hotels with single dining business types.
I observed a manager only once in the four visits. The wait staff all seemed inexperienced. And they didn’t help or cover for each other. I saw one poor gal working madly, while a couple others stood around chatting with each other for lack of anything to do.
Mostly mediocre bar food. Heavy fried foods, greasy burgers and such. Weak attempt at regular entrees — very low quality steak, barely cooked veggies, heavy sauces and cold hot food. Only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is the wings. I’m a fan of the double crunch bone in wings with spicy Asian chili seasoning. They are excellent. Not excellent enough to make up for the other problems, but dang, I like those wings!
So, bottom line think of this place as a bar and it makes more sense. If you’re looking for a beer and some bar food, this place is okay. If you’re looking for a meal at a restaurant that happens to have bar service, it’s a disappointment. I’ll only be back if I’m going to the bar for a beer.

Your typical Applebee’s. Food was decent. Service was excellent. Beer was delicious. What more could you ask for on a night out?

The service is good here. The staff knows their audience and pays attention. There were some jerks in this evening, who got upset with being cut off, (they walked to their nearby hotel) and disputed everything on their bill. It was a spectacle to watch them, but the managers were awesome and discreetly handled the situation. Our food was great and we will come back.

For most places I take a chance to give him a second try. I ordered curbside to go because in this part of town there’s not much for healthy food and I need something easy fast. So i ordered a curbside to go and they left off the shrimp on my spinach shrimp salad. So I call back to redeem let them redeem themselves they did the next day gave me my lunch for free and that was nice. The shrimp salad wasn’t that bad but the sweet potatoes that they had were actually stopped because there was no vent holes and they just ended up being like steam sweet potatoes. So today today i was ready for a better customer service experience. I ordered curbside service again to see if I could get a good meal quick and easy to go. I order online and showed up exactly when they said that order will be ready I had to wait 15 minutes and then go in to see if the item was ready and it still wasn’t ready. Not to mention my turkey sandwich was cold not hot. Applebee’s although I’ve never really been a huge fan I was disappointed in your lack of customer service considering you’re such a corporate agency. Won’t be wasting my time trying to get curbside service during lunch time when I need a quick easy fix for lunch. Wish you had your stuff together at this location.

Absolutely disgusting. This place fisted with roaches. I ordered my food n waiting drinking my beer. There was roach chilling on my table. I told the bus girl she looked at me like well it’s just one roach. We have tons so what. N asked for the manager she said oh I’m sorry I don’t see any roach, I walked the hell out never again!!!

I came here with a co worker/​friend after a long day. We came for dinner. I got the Oriental Chicken Salad. She got Chicken tenders. Mine was good, I get this dish when coming to Applebee’s. She said she liked here. Our waitress was Becca she was wonderful! She did an outstanding job. The only that could have been better was the cleanness however we got there after the dinner rush.

Ordered chicken penne pasta and and the Asian chicken salad car side. Got back to the hotel to find out they didn’t include the chicken in the salad. When we called to complain they gave us a couple dollars off but really they should have made it free for the inconvenience. The food didn’t taste that great either. I think that’s our last time going to Applebee’s.

Went here just to relax and have a cold drink and some food. Ordered a margarita pretty sure it did not have any alcohol tasted like mix and salt. My honey chicken mac and cheese was bland and tasteless but I guess what can you expect from the 2 for 25 menu. Chilis is way better

The waitress was friendly but I didn’t like 2 things:
1) I felt that the waitress was trying really hard to get me to pay more by ordering more or adding add ons. Obv the higher the the total goes, the higher tip that she will get.
2) I aksed for a medium well steak but I got rare. It was pink inside.
Came to town for business and visited this place for the first time.

Unexciting food, decent service. About what you would expect from an Applebee’s that is surrounded by hotels (a somewhat captive audience).
We tried to go to Ted’s next door, but it was a 45 minute wait for two and the bar was already quite overloaded. We walked 50 feet to Applebee’s, got seated right away, there were plenty of empty tables… So you can tell how popular it is.

Saturday November 29^th 2014 — Applebee’s Aurora Location…
It has been ages since we last step in any Applebee’s… Man they really «revamped» their interior looks what nots…
We went here for Dinner after work since we don’t feel like travelling across town etc just to have Dinner. Time was about 19:00hrs. We came in, greeted by the one of the staffs, and ushered to one of the Booth Seating in the «Military Room»… Err, this room is filled with pictures of Military Personnel, Jet Fighters what nots.
From the extensive menu they offer, we opt to order the following items :
* Ultimate Trio ($ 12.99)
* Mushroom Swiss Burger ($ 10.99)
* Fish & Chips ($ 12.99)
Hubs opt to have Coffee ($ 2.49) while I opt to have Fountain Root Beer ($ 2.49).
Our lovely server who is originally from Korea, her name is Kyong J. She is indeed attentive, answers our questions and so cheerful!
Our food came out periodically. From what I could recall, the items we choose for the Ultimate Trio are Classic Wings with Asian Dressing, Cheeseburger Sliders and Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos. There is 2 Sliders each, hence Hubs can have 1 and I can have 1. Both Hubs and I like those Ultimate Trio that we choose. Hubs likes his Main Entrée of Fish & Chips, and so do I, for my Main Entrée of Mushroom Swiss Burger. Portion are decent and we are indeed stuffed after that Dinner evening.
YES, this establishment is large enough to have or bring a PARTY! A lot more patrons with their families and kids came in, while we were there. The area where we were seated its more «quieter» compared to the Main Bar area, where ALOT of TV Screens are showing the latest game in town etc.
All in all Decent Dining experience here and may return when needed. Left this establishment about 20:00hrs ish.

I’ve been to probably 20 Applebees locations in my life, and I have to say that this one ranks pretty average. The service is always pretty attentive, and the food is always good. I usually order something new each time I go, but lately I’ve been ordering their sirloin off the 550 calorie menu. Most places fail at cooking a steak to my liking, but this Applebee’s was spot-​on with my Medium-​Medium Rare.
Due to its close proximity and my good experiences, I’ll keep going back.
