NEVER USE Aceys Towing!!! I had the worst experience with the company from the beginning to the end. I was quoted 65.00 flat fee for towing and told that they charge per mile to the destination that I needed my vehicle dropped off. I thought that was reasonable because my car only had to go 7 miles. I waited 2 hours for the tow. The tow truck driver said he was caught in traffic. After my vehicle was towed to my destination, I received a bill for almost double the price I was quoted. They charged me 15.00 to use my credit card. I was not notified I would be charged to use my credit card. Then on top of the miles I was charged to my destination they charged me 2 $ per mile that they drove to come to my location. I was not notified of any of the extra charges up front. I spoke with the owner John who told me that I could pay cash for the tow and the 15.00 would not be charged and credit card refunded. Almost 3 weeks later no refund. I contacted John on two occasions and he said it will be refunded. He said it was not done yet because he was too busy. He had more important things to handle that were on his desk. I told him his customer service was horrible and I would not use his company in the future. He told me «good I didn’t expect you to.» I have never been treated this poorly with customer service. I sincerely hope John and Aceys Towing does not get away with treating any more customers like this. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
