Five stars for michaels auto but 1 for geico.
Michaels auto did such an amazing job and were so nice about everything.
I was rear ended and had really bad damages done to my car but they insured me everything was fixed right and if I wasn’t satisfied to bring it back.
As for geico they screwed me my car should have been totaled and they valued my car at 17 000 which is outrageous because if you look on any website for what my car was selling for it is 13 000. I am very disappointed in geico and am actually switching insurance companies. But michaels auto is absolutely excellent just don’t go through geico !

Great customer service! This shop is the best in all of Denver. They actually do quality work unlike the other hack shops in the area. Definitely a shop I’ll continue to use!

Used Michael’s because they were the preferred provider for my insurance company and I’m fairly new here and didn’t know where to take it. Liberty Mutual guaranteed the work for life as well as Michael’s also having a lifetime guarantee.
This was a big job. Not just the fact that it was a Ford Super Duty Crew Cab, metallic black in color, but they had to do a lot of work. About 90 dents from hail in the sides, a new hood, a new roof, taillight, and a new exterior mirror. The entire interior had to be removed as well as the windshield and rear window. All was replaced flawlessly, clean, aligned and everything worked. Also had to re-​stripe the truck. It was delivered back fully detailed and looking new. I honestly had doubts as to whether my truck would come back to me looking like it went in, new in condition, but they pulled it off. I’m going to try to attach some pictures.

I selected this shop because it has a Geico claims office, and an Enterprise Rent-​a-​Car all in one location. They had the soonest available appointment after my accident a few weeks. Unfortunately, I am an awful driver and have been in a few fender benders so this was not my first Auto Body shop experience — and I have experienced way better.
The damage total on my car was extremely high compared to other shops for the same type of accident. The time it took to get my car fixed was 2 WEEKS. Most body shops are only a week, a week and a half max! They kept pushing back my expected pick up date. Then they never even called when it was finished.
When I pick up the car, my windshield is cracked. I know I was in an accident, but most of the damage was on the opposite side of the windshield crack. Troy, said it was a rock chip that caused it, and that when they put it in the «bake cycle» for the paint it probably caused the crack. However, there are rock chips in my windshield and none looked like what was in the path of the crack. I am not an idiot. But if this cracked while paint was drying, why was I never even notified?! I had talked to the shop probably six times before I picked up my car. Why didn’t even the Geico claims adjuster even call? I mean really, the cost of a windshield for a body shop is probably closed to $ 300 – 500. For the amount of cars you fix and the amount you charged my insurance just suck up the cost. At least you would have a returning customer.
I do not advise choosing this body shop for accident repairs. I had much better experiences at other shops in town with the same product offerings.

My boyfriend had to get his car fixed after someone rear-​ended him. The shop gave a decent estimate and fixed the car in about a week. They called to let us know when they ordered the parts and when to expect the car to be finished. Overall, a good experience. Insurance paid for everything.
