Poor customer service during my brief interaction… I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Paint drips everywhere. Management refused to fix any of their painting mistakes which include prep work etc. Car was inspected all the way to the top nobody cared. finally took it to another body shop and had them refinished certain parts. Also did not put things back on the car or make parts lineup like say for instance the trunk in the hood. Did not restore my car back, actually made it worse.

HORRIBLE. Brought my car in to be repaired after an accident and had 3100 of repairs according to my insurance. Next thing I know they decide to replace a bumber that wasn’t involved which set my car over the limit and is now going to be totaled. Could not be more upset that I wasn’t called and asked if I wanted that replaced before they told my insurance to total it. When I went to pick up my car they acted extremely unprofessional, talking to each other and ignoring me. I waited 30 minutes for them to move a car out of the way that was blocking my exit. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT bring your car here if you want an honest job with professional service. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I came to this location as it was recommended by a neighbor. Poor guys truck was totaled when his emergency break gave way and it was launched over look out mountain.
I called after a recent hail storm and getting my estimate from the insurance company. I spoke with then and immediately went to their location to meet with them and discuss what could be done. I was greeted by a friendly young lady. She took a moment to say hello even though the place was packed.
I had a seat and waiting for Greg who I had spoken to on the phone. After going over my estimate and answering some of my questions we were able to schedule an appointment. It’s going to be a few weeks before I can get in for service but I was happy when they were able to order the new side mirror for me and would schedule as soon as it came in to fix that. I can deal with a dented up car as long as I can see to drive.
I got a phone call just a few days later and will have my new mirror this week. So far my experience has been great. I look forward to updating my review when my car is finished.

I was told my vehicle would be ready Friday, it was not! then Tuesday I was called and said it would be ready, took off work only to wait 2 hrs for my vehicle! Mike the manager was extremely rude and lied several times! Also was lied to about insurance arrangements I would strongly advise not using this auto shop, theu State Farm!!! terrible experience

If you’re looking for efficient, professional service and a company that keeps their appointments, commitments, etc., (and if you’re in metro Denver) I’d put this company at the bottom of the list.
I’d made several phone calls to auto glass replacement companies to get a good estimate on price and installation time-​frames, etc. ABRA’as price was at the lower end of the scale (about $ 30 less) and had the quickest appointment availability .
ABRA was referred by my local dealership (Subaru) and books their windshield installation appointments from a national call center. The rep at ABRA’s national call center checks schedules, inventories, etc., and then confirms the appointment date, the call-​back window and the installation time-​frame.
Up to that point, it’s smooth sailing, but once your appointment is set and you’re in the care of the local installer, that’s when things fall apart.
On the morning of my installation, the call to confirm my installation was instead a call to say that the glass was out of stock and needed to be rescheduled for another date. The person at the call center who initially booked the installation appointment knew that the date and timing were critical to getting the job done, as I needed to make travel arrangements to have the vehicle ready on the installation date.
In the four days that transpired from the appointment booking to the actual morning of the installation, suddenly the glass for the 2011 vehicle was NOT in stock but might be if the appointment is rescheduled for another day.
I gave ABRA a second chance after a nearly identical experience 3 years back and it appears that nothing’s changed.
If you’re okay with getting it done ‘whenever’ to save $ 15– $ 30, Abra might work for you, but if you’re looking for kept appointments and reliability — call someone else.

I had gotten hit by another car and cracked my front bumper. Abra was suggested to me from my insurance. Abra told me it would take 3 days to fix my car, so I decided to not get a rental car and just hang out at home for a couple days. It ended up taking them 10 days to fix my car. I had to keep calling them asking if my car would be done the different days they kept telling me. Then, they had to order another part and told me it would take until over the weekend to get it. So I took my car back so I could go to work, and they said they would come get my car Monday to finish it up. It is now Monday, and I still haven’t heard from them. Guess I will be calling them again to figure out what is going on.

So it took two times to get my car truck right. But never the less they got it done and I happy to have it back… They made it right.

Had some insurance work done by Abra after a drunk decided that the door of my truck was a good parking spot. Abra was extremely professional from estimate all the way to job completion. I felt I was in great hands with Mike and the office staff kept in constant communication with text & email updates. Most importantly my truck looks brand new and it was completed 3+ days ahead of schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate taking my vehicle here.

Fast, reliable and not to hard on the wallet.
The rear spoiler of my suv needed replacement after the big ol hole I put in it and I was referred here by a coworker… needless to say, they did a terrific job and it took less than a week to get the special order part, apply paint and attach. It looked good as new.
The location isn’t that great, but if you know where AFW is, Abra sits right behind it in the lot next door. There’s a small sign, but if you miss it, just head to the back of the lot, you’ll dead end there.
Customer service was great, no problems there and thanks to Brain P for taking great care of me!
