I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Steve at Aamco! I called in before close on Monday evening with several concerns on how my Chevy Malibu was running. During that phone call he assured me that he would take care of me, and that they would figure out what was going on with my car. I dropped off my car early that next morning and was called during each step of the process (he received my keys in the drop box, verifying my info and before diagnostic, after diagnostic and with repairs that needed to be done. With all the stress life can bring, having car issues is one of those dreaded things. Not only was this process timely, but felt seamless. I was met with exceptional Customer Service (which we all know comes far and few). I want to give a sincere THANK YOU to Steve and his team over at the Girard Ave Aamco! I will definitely be referring my friends an family to your shop!
**PS, My care is running smooth as butter! I know feel safe to take my baby back on the road!

Horrible customer service by the manager! Likes to use profane language and does not want to honor the warranty. Save yourself some frustration and stay away! I spent almost $ 3,000 with them and was treated like crap.
