Worst 7 – 11EVER! I work as a courier and drive all over the city every day. I chose to make all my stops at 7 – 11 because they dod one dollar refills on fountain drinks. I have stopped at 7 – 11 at least twice a day for more than a year now. recently I stopped in at this store and received the worst treatment I have ever had. there was a middle eastern /Oriental lady running the front, the store had recently upped the price from $ 1 to $ 1.75. I understand that these things happen, but there is a polite way to tell me this. the woman spoke very little English, and was extremely rude. When I entered the store, she was talking with a man who was the same ethnicity in a foreign language, and when I was ready to check out I had to ask twice to get her to respond. That’s when she got all rude and told me the price had gone up. only caching a few words, I asked her what she had said and at that point she got Mad and yelled at me and ran over to the soda fountain pointing to the prices. I said OK and paid and left, then called 7 – 11 and filed a complaint. this whole incident could have been avoided if the lady had know enough English to tell me the price had gone up clearly. instead, I will never go back into that 7 – 11. in my complaint, I stressed that all i want is for 7 – 11 to train there employees to speak enough English to manage the store. there’s another 7 – 11 up the street. go there. but don’t ever go to this one.

This is the worst run, 7 eleven that I have ever had the displeasure of needing to use. I’m not the type of person to write a bad review at all, let alone after only one instance of dissatisfaction, so suffice it to say that not only was I completely appalled at the way I was treated, but it happened more on more than one occasion. The crabby, unintelligent Middle Eastern man, not only has made it hard for me even to enter as a cyclist, but has flat out refused to assist me. With no places outside to lock my bike(I am a messenger and rely exclusively upon my bike to get around) I refuse to leave my bike on Mississippi unlocked. He is rude while I’m making purchases. He is rude while attempting to enter the shop. He is rude while on the phone. He is rude while asking questions. And, who looks to be his wife, will chime in, in agreement to his nonsense. I wish all those who have the misfortune of needing to use this store, both luck and patience.
