The Musical Express Piano Studio is one of the CSRA’s most innovative resources for piano instruction. If you are looking for an upbeat, fun environment to start your musical journey … look no further! Our students learn to cultivate a genuine excitement and esteem for music’s power, humor, charm, and grace through the use of: One-​on-​one Instruction; Music Appreciation Field trips; Performance Programs; and Group Workshops. Each of these teaching techniques contributes to a rewarding piano lessons curriculum specifically designed to facilitate musical progress and encourage achievement.

History

Established in 2000.

The Musical Express was founded and established in the Martinez (Augusta) area in 2000. Mrs. Temeka Davis started the piano studio with a handful of students and her personal philosophy that piano education could be as creative and as much fun as the teacher made it. Over the years, The Musical Express’ Studio Family has grown to include over 90 students, and another instructor, Mrs. Rebekah Whitaker. Whether nurturing the blossoming pianist or renewing seasoned talent, The Musical Express is committed to fostering creativity and developing life-​long musicians.
