Fast, friendly service just off the interstate. I stopped through at 2 p.m. on my way from Columbia, S.C. to Birmingham, Ala.
There was only one person ahead of me in the drive-​thru, and I had my meal — nachos bell grande with extra cheese, two Doritos locos tacos, one bacon chalupa, and a beef Frito burrito — within seven minutes from entering the parking lot. Cost was $ 12.16.
The food was good. The lettuce and tomato was cold and crisp, just as it should be. The Fritos in the burrito were fresh. I didn’t care for the bacon chalupa; it’s made with bacon bits. I wish they would bring back the crunchwrap sliders.
Drive-​thru cashier was nice and even commented on how pretty my dog is.
Great experience, even though the road outside is narrow and busy and in-​out traffic is kind of a hassle. One star off just because the location is so difficult.

My husband and I received friendly and fast service when we stopped by for a burrito a few days ago. I could tell the employees, Rufus and the guy working the drive through took pride in their work. Professional, jolly, fast and efficient. Way to go, guys!

I know its not the locations fault, its a company policy now, but I think it is ridiculous that the sauces are behind the counter so you end up going up front groveling for more sauce and hope they don’t arbitrarily cut you off. So until they change that policy they lose a star. This place is hard to take lefts out of and into so depending on what side of the street you are on you may choose to skip this place. I went inside of the drive thru and had my order taken immediately. The people were friendly and worked diligently to get my order out to me. the place looked clean and the food was well made.

So, this my first bad review. Myself and my wife went into this Taco Bell at 3:00 pm for a small snack. Five minutes after I ordered, I thought my order was up, but it was the order two ahead of mine. Another five minutes, and I received my order on a wet and very dirty tray. The food was of normal Taco Bell standard, not bad but nothing to brag about. When we looked around and for a seat, we found that most of the tables were not very clean. Don’t think I’ll be back at this particular franchise.

It took waaaaay too long for the food to come out for a fast food joint. And then we were shorted one item in our order. I’m sorry, cashier, but when people are done ordering, put on some gloves and help out to speed things up. And double check the order before you give it to your customers. Boo.
