Established in 1986.

All floor plans have patios or breezeways, cozy kitchens and in home washer and dryers. We offer short term stays for a month long getaway or the working traveler.

Stop by for breakfast on your way out to work each morning. Stevens Creek Commons hosts a continental breakfast for residents each weekday. Lay by the pool on a hot summer day, get a work out in the fully equipped fitness center or meet new friends on the tennis court. Come home to Stevens Creek Commons.

I have been at Stevens Creek Commons for over 5 years. I have been in the mult-​family apartment business for nearly 11 years. I’m the Assistant Manager. It is by far the nicest community and staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We have amazing residents and I truly enjoy coming to work each day. The maintenance staff has been with Stevens Creek Commons close to 20 years. The Property Manager, Amy Honea has been with Stevens Creek Commons 17 years. The staff here is truly dedicated to making Stevens Creek Commons a wonderful place to call home. We even have a breakfast crew that serves a free continental breakfast for all of the residents Monday — Friday. They are like family to the residents. You’ll love Peggy and Bill. You’ll also love living at Stevens Creek Commons.
