I am completely disappointed with the service they provided. I ordered an orchid online and they delivered a plant. That would be an easy fix if they would at least answer the phone or my emails. I am so disappointed! I payed for something that I didn’t want and they are completely ignoring me as customer. I feel so offended and frustrated. I don’t feel like recommending this shop to anyone because of their poor customer service and their lack of kindness when it comes to answering to simple question.
