These guys are great. I’ve always been a fan of Pep Boys wherever I’ve lived, and these guys have kept that tradition going.
They provide free towing to them, so that’s a nice start. Once they started trying to diagnose the problem (some kind of power issue) they ended up replacing the starter and an alternator belt. Neither fixed the issue, so… they gave me a new starter and alternator belt w/​o charging me! They spent a little bit of time trying to diagnose the issue, and finally they discovered it was a frayed cable somewhere under the engine. Fixed it up and sent me on my way. The whole production hardly cost me a thing.
Overall, the employees are really friendly and funny, they do what they can to save you a few bucks, and as far as I can tell, they’ve been 100% honest with me. I will go to them any time I have a problem, and I trust that they will take great care of me.

Specifically to the service department whatever you do, do not deal nor talk to service advisor Mickey. He is rude! Has no people skills, lies about services offered and their associated prices and will cheat you out of your money. This service department has slowly declined when it comes to customer service because of him. This used to be a good place to go to for services but I nor will my friends and family will Be returning here because of him. Horrible horrible horrible! Zack and mike Hudson should be the ONLY people you deal with. They are great!

Its been a long while since I have been in here and I sort of remember why. The people that I dealt with were super friendly and helpful and just on that part they are solid. The issue I have with this location is it just feels hard to find things. They have tons of space but there is also tons of stuff that really has no business being in an auto parts store. clutter clutter everywhere and where the heck is that part I need. Spent 10 minutes looking for RTV because I just could not find it.

Seriously, wonderful.
Their customer service is fantastic.
I got my belt replaced, a new alternator, and a jiffied-​up alternator bolt that was stripping the inside of the alternator bolt hole.
Even though they had to go back a few times to re-​test everything, they only charged me once for the labor.
Total was $ 398, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
So nice, lots of common sense, and they took the extra time — in every interaction — to make sure that I understood why my car was acting up, and how they were going to fix it.
Plus they gave me the heads up on the lifespan of my new parts, to ensure that I don’t get ripped off by any shady mechanics in the future.
These folks have got their bases covered.

My back brake pads needed to be replaced so I took it to them to get a price. First of all, I was told that it would be $ 14 to diagnose the problem, I already knew that I needed new pads! Then he added everything up and it was going to be over $ 300 to replace the pads on Two tires. I ended up calling another company that did the same job for $ 99.00 with a warranty. I wouldn’t go back to buy anything from these people, not even a pack of gum.
