I really enjoy being a Kroger customer. However, this Kroger on Wrightsboro Road is definitely not as updated or as space efficient as the other two locations on Washington Road. The employees are very friendly and I can still count on this location for the essentials.

I managed to save over 20% off my kroger order today between coupons and the app, plus my cashier was nice and told me about a special deal with the coupon app, what amazing customer service.

seen better service at this store. however tonight at around 6pm… the Diva with the orange finger nails and weave working on u scan really sucked. ever register was dirty. the one i used had meat juice and blood on blood on it. when i ask for something to clean it with she gave me dry paper towels. needless to say the meat fluids were dried on the surface. i had to turn the light on in her brain and ask for cleaner. does she clean at home. or does momma nim do it for her. on the up side the ladies in the deli are outstanding

I love this Kroger. Its always clean and well stocked. The employees are always smiling and ready to help. It occasionally gets pretty packed but they handle it quickly by making sure they have enough registers up and running. They usually have security when you walk in during the evening and they too are always very friendly. I honestly have no complaints about this location. Oh and even their attendants at the gas station are friendly.

This Kroger is not as presentable as the other two on Washington Rd, but it is convenient and serves its purpose. This is one of my regular spots, as I visit it at least twice a week.

Kroger is a nice store but the one on Wrightsboro Rd. is fairly smaller than the others I have been too. Parking is a complete madhouse! The only reason my wife and I go to this place is for Distilled water and Italian Flat-leaf Parsley. The two things Wal-Mart seems to NEVERHAVE!!! Out of all the things to run out of!!! Never have it! Kroger is pricey, however, they do have some good deals from time to time. Also, I never had more than a five minute wait at the check out. Compared to Wal-Mart in Martinez or Wrightsboro Rd., you could be there an extra 30 minutes just waiting to get checked out because only 2 counters are open out of 40.

Even with the crowded parking lot, I still prefer to shop at Kroger than the other grocery stores in the area(Walmart or Bi-Lo). The store isn’t always crowded and the prices are decent. Even though the cashiers seem as if they would rather to talk to the other cashiers than engage with the customer, I have never waited in line for more than five minutes. The shelves are always stocked and even Kroger brand products are quality!

This Kroger is on the smaller side and there are a couple traffic lights that will allow you to make entry into the parking lot. They have a nicer plant area just outside the front door along with a couple red boxes and soda machines. But as far as Kroger goes in the Augusta area this store is not very good. The parking lot is a bit stressful to drive in as you have to keep your head on a pivot because its like no one cares if you are backing out or not lets just try and step behind you or drive really fast and that sort of translates into the inside. It feels dirty, things are not organized well and none of the displays or shelving looks like any effort was made to make sure things are placed nicely. everything just looks like it has been dumped there and left. I was walking by when someone asked an employee for help and I was saddened by the words that came out of the employees mouth. Not a store that I will be frequenting.

the produce is old and expensive. some of the cashiers have no clue whats going on. not that many specials going on. basically its another supermarket that is not trying its best to make there customers happy.

I know you can’t judge a book by it’s cover but can you judge a grocery store by it’s name? Something about the names Bi-Lo and Food Lion didn’t do anything for me so I said to myself…“might as well try Kroger’s…can’t hurt”… Now apparently my first mistake was not going to the one on Washington Road because I felt like the one by the mall was lacking! It took me a good 34 minutes getting items from produce! Everything just looked old, bruised up, and I wouldn’t be surprised if 2 hours later they threw that shit out! I was picking over and inspecting every fruit and veggie… and I’m sorry that’s not how I like to do my food shopping! Also, the price for their food is really expensive for the quality! I’m skipping Kroger’s always… unless I need something super duper late night since they are 24hrs
