Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Sucked! Seriously. My son wanted to go get doughnuts. I was on their online site and it said that Krispy Kreme now sells pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin doughnuts. It also said that the hot doughnuts light was currently on at this location. So we went and it wasn’t on but I thought maybe they just turned it off. Maybe it was me but the doughnuts didn’t look recently made. I ordered a half dozen and tried to get a pumpkin spice latte. APPARENTLY! At this location they don’t serve coffee at all. Even though there are advertising a regular coffee for $ 1 on the front door. The chick was like «we have bottled ice coffee» if I wanted that I would have bought some at a grocery store.
So, I had to go another 10 minutes away to the Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee. They had pumpkin and they also gave my kids free doughnut holes. If I would have just got everything at Dunkin Donuts I would have saved 20 minutes from my trip.
What place advertises coffee yet doesn’t serve it?

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts!!! I have loved them since I was a kid. My favorite is the Original glazed doughnut. It is something about the moist, sweet goody that does something to me. I can eat a dozen of doughnuts by myself. Over the years the price has gone up on these doughnuts but the quality did not suffer either, like most products I have come to love over the years. They still give you a great product. The staff is very friendly and efficient. One time I came in and they were out of glazed doughnuts, one of the employees offered that I wait for more to be made because it wouldn’t take long, but I decided again that because I was on a time crunch but I did appreciate that she offered that to me. I’m sure I will spend more money here for years to come!!!

Compared to Krisp Kremes I have been to in NY and CA, the three I visited in GA suck. Only the original glazed donuts are passible and thats because they make them more frequently. Never returning to these in GA. Hell Dunkin Donuts is better and I hate DD

Your standard Krispy Kreme. Always good doughnuts and coffee. Quick service. Dunkin Doughnuts has a wider selection. But I still love the melt in your mouth KK doughnut!

I *think* this is the Augusta factory for KK. Hence, this is the only place where «Hot and Now» correctly connotes fresh donuts made in house.
If I’m correct about the factory, then it’s worth the trip. Trust me.
