Jason’s Deli offers quality sandwiches in a friendly restaurant environment. I have been in the area a few times, and seen Jason’s deli packed but never stopped in. That all changed today! Right away I received fantastic customer service from Nancy at the register! My wife didn’t give me time to read the menu, and went straight to the register but luckily we were given some great advice on what to order. My wife picked up the Managers special club Royal($ 7.49) that has smoked turkey breast, ham, bacon, Swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, honey mustard on a toasted croissant. You can immediately taste the quality seasoned meat that melts like butter on your tongue. The portion of the manager special, that also comes with a chicken pot pie soup, was perfect for my wife and didn’t completely over fill her. I ordered the Beefeater($ 8.99) which is a half pound of hot roasted beef, provolone, mayo, toasted on New Orleans French bread. I thought it sounded good because it was under the famous favorites and I love au jus dipping sauce. The sauce steals the show here for sure. The perfectly seasoned juices packed with layers of flavor makes you savor each bite. Be careful not to drool on yourself! The chips that come with each plate are blah and would be better if fresh baked. The cheap Lee’s flavor really took away from how amazing the sandwiches were. I didn’t even eat more than a few chips, and neither did my wife. They could’ve at least went with some specialty chips that complement their sandwiches. The whole place puts off a hometown buffet vibe but with a more vibrant building. Let’s not forget FREE ice cream because, diabetes for everyone! I will be back here for sure, but just know it’s about $ 20 for two people.

Wow! Great food and service. My 1st encounter with Jason’s was in Buckhead Atlanta, Ga in a plaza on Piedmont Rd. Had a chicken sandwich and a drink(can’t remember what kind of chicken sandwich but it so good!). Me and my friends come to the one here in Augusta. GA location i’m into the salad bar a lot now not just because it’s healthy but it has a goo variety of products on it. Now my friend loves it also which is great for us we both need to lose a «few» pounds. Clean fast service and friendly people working here what more can I ask for?

Best food ever, fresh and clean. Great choices and free ice cream! Every time I go there it is so fresh and good. The employes go over and beyond to help you. One young lady named Victoria even sat with me and chatted a minute, telling me about her son. I love love love this place.

I ordered the corned beef sandwich to go,(largely because there was a ton of people there this Sunday afternoon) and I was not disappointed! There was more meat on this one sandwich than there normally is on 3 at other places. It was sliced extra thin and had great flavor. I specifically asked for Ruffles chips and was given a large amount in a baggie. I defy you to find another sandwich shop that serves Ruffles. You can’t go wrong with a sandwich from Jason’s Deli!

So truth be told Jason’s Deli is new to Augusta however in Tucson, Arizona where I am from it is a staple of great business lunches and with three or more locations there it was a staple for us as well. Not a new business — just new to Augusta. I love the fact that Jason’s Deli has changed over the year. Things are now pre packaged and come in cartons instead of sandwich wrap paper and bags. To me this was the greatest because a little unknown fact to you Augustans just getting a wiff of Jason’s goodness, my pickle used to leak in the bag and it would make me infuriated because I would rather my food not touch. My husband ordered his usual — Hot Pastrami on Rye and Strawberry shortcake. The sandwich was made to order and with a smile from the order taker. In addition, i had my Club Royale(which is a newer sandwich version of the California club with guac) it was great and fresh and sans the toothpicks to keep the sandwich together. Oh and one of their amazing walnut brownies. Seriously I had been craving them and no one can do a brownie with Walnuts like Jason’s. We, as the overgrown kids we are were delighted when we were offered free ice cream and muffins as we waited for our food. I do not usually eat ice cream especially open bar ice cream… I think of little kids and snot and I am instantly over any ice cream craving I would have had. All in all this was a fun and nostalgic-ish visit and a reminder of home for us.

My first time in the Deli and it was pretty good. It is a great place to go sit or grab to go. They have fantastic menus that you can take with you and the service is nice. The prices are great, it doesn’t break the bank. They offer great sides such as fresh fruit with dip, organic blue corn chips, or steamed veggies. I enjoyed the Mediterranean Wrap which consisted of roasted turkey breast, roasted red pepper hummus, cucumbers, red onions, olives, tomatoes, and organic field greens wrapped up to perfection! They serve pastas, salads, meatless eats, famous favorites, and specialty sandwiches. They also provide a great kid’s menu and desserts are available too. If that doesn’t make you visit they have Free Ice Cream, just because«everyone deserves dessert». It is a great spot for fresh food, at a reasonable price, they cater and deliver. You can’t get that at McDonald’s!

This was a much better experience than I was expecting. I’ve never been to a Jason’s Deli but we were out of lunch options in this area so I decided to give it a go. There were a lot more options than most places and it was nice to see the crazy selection they had. I have a feeling I can bring a group here and everyone would be able to find something they liked. I walked in sort of confused-I didn’t notice that one of the lines was for pick up only and the girl behind the counter approached me with my deer in headlight eyes and handed a thick takeout menu. I ordered the pastrami and the sandwich of the day-some sort of pulled pork concoction. I was really impressed with the amount of pastrami they piled on and the peanut crusted pork was amazing. It was seasoned just right and not at all soft or soggy after a 20’minute car ride.

Healthy and love the goat cheese. anyways Yummy! After Lunch, free ice-cream cone for dessert, no one can say no to that! A must go for a light lunch options.

Always a great experience to come here and there’s free ice cream. The service is excellent, it’s great to have a good lunch spot come to the area. One time I came here three days in a row. This is the cleanest and best managed location I’ve ever been to. I love this place!

This is my first time eating at this location. I’ve tried Jason’s Deli in other cities and I don’t remember it being as good as it was on my last two visits. I had the Wild Salmonwich and it was soooo good. I didn’t expect to see anything on the menu that wowed me, but this did. It came with your choice of a side. I had the guacamole and chips. This was such a great meal, I came back the next day and had the same thing. You can also get a cookie for FREE for completing a survey. You can get the cookie the same day, you don’ t have to wait until your next visit. Huge plus. They have outdoor seating. I dined outside on Saturday and inside on Sunday. Jason’s has soft serve ice cream cones and cups for dessert options too. The only thing that should change is the menu they have displayed behind the register. It makes you think they only offer 6 – 10 options. But they have a paper menu at the register that has tons of options. That was the menu I looked at and if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have known about the dish I ordered. This menu also has the calories listed.

I really love the concept of Jason’s Deli and I have eaten there before but at this location and this visit I can only give it 3 stars. It was not busy at all, but as people left, their tables were not cleared off, so during our entire visit all we saw were tables full of plates, you wouldn’t think it would be that hard to clear off the tables. My family all ordered the salad bar, and the all you can eat salad bar itself failed to disappoint food wise. They have a good variety and everything looked and tasted fresh. Our only problem is that we ordered our children kids salad bar, not knowing that they were not allowed to get a second plate. I wish they would have told us this going in, but now we know. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and how could you not like free ice cream for dessert, what my kids lacked in getting a second plate, they made up for in ice cream. Overall it was a decent experience, hoping next time we visit we will be able to rate it higher.

I really like this location. They have plenty of comfortable seating inside and an outside area to sit, as well. This is the second time I’ve come here and both times the service has been great and food is delicious. The first time I tried the caprese sandwich and it was really good. Today I tried the pork sandwich special and it was so good and had a bit of a kick, too. A friend and I swopped halves so we could try both and hers was the club royale and it was really tasty. They are always really friendly and are walking around to check and make sure you are okay. The ice cream at the end makes it wonderful! Tried the MeataBalla sandwich today and the Cuban. Both were delicious! Still think the Pork Veracruz is my favorite so far.

I am only giving this three stars because they DONOT offer low carb options in place of wraps. It was disappointing and not only that, even after I whined about them not having low carb options, the cashier told me to help myself to the ICECREAM, seriously??? The atmosphere was very nice and they do have tons of other options to pick from and I enjoyed the black currant tea and it was very clean… I know it’s difficult to cater to everyone’s needs but all you would have to do is offer lettuce wraps in place of the other kind of wraps… It really would save more money because lettuce is cheaper than wraps…

We went to Jason’s Deli today for lunch. They cater meetings for my office, so it seemed a safe bet for my dine-in experience. Apparently something was lost in translation between the delivery routine and what we got in person. First off, we arrived a little after the lunch rush at around 1:30pm. Outside tables were packed because it was a lovely spring day. The order line was briskly moving; the cashiers were friendly and efficient. I ordered the salad bar and she got a tuna melt. The first sign of trouble was with the pickup area. There was a bit of confusion and misdirection as they struggled to get the order correct. As we walked into the dining area, we noticed many of the empty tables were also dirty, thus contributing to the migration to the outside. There were many younger waitstaff delivering food to waiting diners(at such a leisurely pace it seemed last on their list of things to do), but no one was bussing tables. In fact, of the four tables in our immediate vicinity, three went uncleared for 18 minutes and one was cleared by a family in search of somewhere to sit. We heard an employee say, and I quote, «Why do you always have to do the job that you hate the most? I hate sweeping!» Oh dear. The food was good. We really liked the tuna melt; it was savory and delicious. The salad bar would have been delightful if it had been fully stocked. Those mini muffins are addictive, so watch out. The bright spot in our service experience was an employee named Owen, who was smiling, friendly and engaging as he cleared nearby tables(finally). We weren’t entirely satisfied with our experience, but with good guys like him on staff, Jason’s Deli may be worth another try later.

Love this place. Been here a few times an am never disappointed. I usually get their salad bar which is always stocked with lots of fresh and delicious ingredients. I’ve also had their pastas, loaded potatoes & shrimp and quinoa salad. All thumbs up! The best part is the free soft serve ice cream at the end! Even their ice cream is delicious and it’s just simple vanilla and chocolate. The staff is generally very nice and attentive. Just don’t sit by the window or you’ll get blasted with cold air from the AC vents above. Ps best potato salad I’ve ever had!

As a first timer and a simple sandwich lover I would say that Jason’s Deli hits the spot. I enjoyed my lunch. It was decently priced, clean, spacious, good tasting sandwich(could have had another swipe of honey mustard but otherwise perfect), extensive menu meaning something for everyone and FREEICECREAM! Suggestions: That menu is a little too extensive for me so make it simpler. Its overwhelming so I just went to the counter and said this is what I want on my sandwich now which sandwich should I get. The bathroom is two damn small, only two stalls and one sink. And let me dump my own trash if I so choose. There are like two small trash cans and nowhere to sit your dirty dishes because they clean the table after you leave. Call me a nit picker but I hate that, give me the option to clean up my own mess please. Also I hate buffets of any way shape or form. Maybe it’s just me being a pregnant hater and not being able to enjoy them like I used to but a quarter of a point deduction for those small reasons still puts Jason’s Deli at a 4 so I will definitely recommend and return.

Wow. Had a great lunch experience here yesterday. It was a beautiful day and I was able to dine outside. I ordered the club Royale, with no lettuce or tomato, no mayonnaise and light honey mustard. They got it right. It may not seem that hard but it’s amazing how a lot of places don’t quite get it when you place a special order. They brought the food outside to the table and asked if there was anything they could bring. They also let me know that everything on the table just inside the door was there complimentary if needed. They also make sure to fill me in on the free soft serve ice cream! I took my dog with me, and I was a bit nervous about it. I wasn’t sure if he would be well received or if I will be asked to leave. It was fine, great even! An employee actually came out and asked if I would like a bowl of water for him! At least three employees stop by the table during the time I was there to ask if there was anything they could get or if I had any questions. Really had an A+ service experience here. In addition to the incredible service, my sandwich was delicious. It was a huge portion. I only planned to eat half… I hope to return and have another great dining experience.

I had to come check out this new business while I was in the area. I had never heard of this franchise but I quickly became a fan instantly while I dined here. I came at a time after lunch and it wasn’t crowded at all as others has suggested. The restaurant is quite nice and is very modern in appearance. The kitchen area was bustling with activity. As I entered there was an employee at the door handing out menus. This was a great help to see what kind of things were on the menu, even though I had already looked over the menu online, but this was a great idea. I was confused about how to go about getting in line. I thought you order your food first then pay. The kitchen beside the cash register is just for presentation. I actually thought you picked your food out going through the line like a cafeteria. You actually pay for your food first and have a seat and your food is brought out to you. The cashier was very friendly and explained everything to me and what all I should expect. I ordered a Chef salad and a bowl of Broccoli cheese soup. I took a seat and waited a few minutes. I noticed that people that came in after me had received their food already. I was going to question an employee about this but one came up to the table to check on me, and soon after my food was brought out. The manager came over and brought me salad dressing and refilled my drink. After having to wait a little, it seemed like the employees started to wait on me hand and foot. I really liked that because I’m not the type to keep running back and forth for different items. The soup was very creamy and flavorful. There wasn’t much broccoli in it but the flavor was really on point!!! I hadn’t had this type of soup in a long time and I was glad to be enjoying it. The salad was just as delicious. Another Unilocaler complained about having extra meat in the salad but to me that’s the best part of the salad, the MEAT!!! It had a great flavor and the salad dressing was tasty as well. This was a great meal altogether!!! To top it off, there was complimentary ice cream in the back of the restaurant. It was really tasty too. I was pleased with my first experience at this restaurant. The prices were fair, the food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the employees were on their jobs. You can’t ask for too much more in a brand spanking new restaurant. I am now a fan of Jason’s Deli!!! I will definitely be back here soon!!!

Ok lets get the negatives out of the way. 1. Looked at the website before going over there — it sucks. It can tell my location for ordering but apparently not for the menu. The menu doesn’t have prices on it unless you drill down into your location. Hard to navigate to what you want, menu is just a pdf. 2. Right now its busy because its new, the parking lot is a pain to get in and out of. 3. Asked for a receipt(because I am ocd like that) when purchasing, was told it would be on the bag when I got my food. It was stapled on the bag but as soon as I opened the door the wind tore it off of the bag and then I was following it up the parking lot. Can I not get the receipt at the register ?!! 4. Had the chef salad. Was meant to be ham and turkey with mixed greens, olives and tomatoes. It had iceburg lettuce with 3 olives and 4 tomatoes and a full pack of turkey and ham !!. If you want a pack of ham for lunch this is for you. so the positives… 1. The place is clean and bright inside. 2. It tasted good. I had the raspberry vinaigrette which was refreshing. 3. Price was probably about right. Although I think salads from the grocery store are better value. 4. You got a pack of ham with your salad(not sure this is that positive but some might like it). now for the suggestions. 1. Sort out the website. 2. More olives and tomatoes would be nice. Ok so the million dollar question«would I go again?» Probably, but after the shiney and newness has worn off.
