This little breakfast spot is a hidden gem, just outside the city. It has tables full service, brewing fresh coffe and a full breakfast menu. This place has spectacular service. The young lady at the counter is so nice and all smiles. She knows the entire menu and every ingredient. She was such a delight. There is stuffed french toast, omlettes, eggs bendict, sauage, crispy bacon and rotating board of specials such as italian eggs bene, nutella stuffed french toast and cheeseburger omlettes. The most exciting part of the menu is the long list of fresh hot and made to order donut list. The maple bacon is a taste bud delight bursting with maine flavor. The apple pie is a cinnamon donut stuffed with homemade apple pie filling. There is a ricotta donut with lemon zest and raspberry glaze and fresh berries. The red velvet with homemade cream cheese frosting for dipping. The list goes on and on. I bet if you can think of a flavor combo they could make it for you. It includes all the classics, plus some new fun and unheard of ones, such as carrot cake, almond joy, drop kick murphy(which include baileys and chocolate donut) pumpkin, blueberry pie and so many more. They are served piping hot and to go in a pizza box. The aromas permeating your car in a wave of bakery delights.

Delicious donuts of many flavors! I had the Carrot Cake donut w/cream cheese frosting, which was served warm and was sooo good(although they gave me what seemed an excessive amount of the frosting). Looking forward to trying a different donut next time. The Eggs Benedict is also very good. With such great donuts and Eggs Benedict, I really wonder why they bother to serve anything else. I made the mistake of ordering a regular plate of eggs and sausage and french toast, and while it wasn’t bad, it just didn’t compare to their Benedict selections. Their hash browns are perfect. The only thing I don’t like is their coffee. It is very weak. Will definitely be going back!

Great breakfast spot, typical breakfast fare all served properly, kielbasa especially good and a change for meat. Good breakfast potatoes and grits. Service friendly and fine. This place is known for fresh cake donuts of many varieties(see photo). Prices friendly as the service.

Doc Hollandaise is one of the best breakfast places in Augusta. Their specialty is homemade donuts but they offer the standard breakfast options, as well as several variations of eggs Benedict. I always get the Sunrise or Sunset special. They have 20+ donuts to choose from, including some pretty creative options, and I believe they fry them to order.
