Description

Specialties

Andy Jordan’s Bicycle Warehouse (AJBW), in Augusta, Georgia, has provided cyclists of all types with high quality bicycles & accessories, great service, and honest advice from a knowledgeable staff since 1974.

History

Established in 1974.

Andy Jordan’s passion for cycling started in the early 70’s. And as his passion grew stronger, he started to seek out higher quality bicycles and parts, a wider selection of accessories, and a higher level of service. There were bicycle stores in Augusta, but none of them fulfilled all of his needs. As a result Andy had to drive out of town to get all of his bicycles and equipment. Needless to say, this became a bit of an inconvenience and it was then that Andy’s wife Susan said, «Why don’t we start a bicycle store in Augusta?» In 1974, they started Augusta’s first full service, pro-level bicycle store.
