I called for a Taxi and was asked if I mind waiting 30mins, I agreed, I called back 45mins later to ask the status of my taxi. I was told that a taxi was on their way. 55mins from the original call no taxi had arrived. At an hour after the original call I received a call from the taxi driver; the explaination why my taxi had not arrived was due to a mistake. The driver told me that he thought I called and cancelled my request. At one hour and 10mins the taxi arrived, the driver had some other passenger in the taxi. The taxi driver took me to my destination I paid the fare, w/​o tip.

DO NOT USE!!! No-​showed a scheduled pick up for the airport. Would not answer calls to find out where he was. Scrambled to find another taxi. Almost missed flight.

I was visiting Augusta for the first time and needed a ride from the airport. Flying in very late, I decided to call in advance for a car service. Took a stab at Abbey’s Taxi. When I called, they were professional and accommodating, and I was also impressed with the attention to details and personalized service. What type of car, flexible multi-​destination trips, long or short. I ended up using them on three legs while I was there. The driver was courteous and I felt the southern hospitality.
