The walking dead are alive and well and are working here I made an appointment on Saturday to get an oil change on Sunday at 11 am I showed up at 10:50 asked for oil change and tire rotation 2 hours later I get a text that my car is ready I was sitting 10 feet from these people and they did not know it. Well after I pay I look at my car and notice they did not rotate my tires I know this because I marked my rear tires before going in to pep boys I trust no one, when I went back in and confronted the service droid I was told they were not rotated because the front and back have the same amount of wear I have never heard of the rule that says only rotate tires if they have different amount of wear when I told him this I received a lot of double talk and was basically told why am I complaining I was not charged for it I which point I informed him that according to the sign the tire rotation is free with an oil change… STAY AWAY

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one called to tell me that my truck was ready. When I arrived, none of the employees seemed to notice I was there. Another customer (NOT an employee) had the girl at the register page someone to help me. That guy couldn’t find my paperwork. Then he said, «I guess everything was ok. They didn’t write anything on here.» All of this for a $ 90 oil change. Never again. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere.

Before my last car inspection I notice my check engine light was on. So I took it to Pep Boys figuring they say in their commercials that they can do a diagnostics on it and figure out the problem and fix it. So I gave them a shot. After dropping about $ 230 dollars on parts and labor I drove off with what I thought was a completely taken care of problem. The next morning I planned on taking it to get inspected.
I got up and started my car ready to drive to the state inspection place in cherry hill. I turn the car on and boom, engine light is on. So I turned the car off, waited a few minutes, turned it on again and screamed. I took my car back to Pep Boys and had them fix it again. Shelling out about $ 180 this time even though at the time their tv commercials stated that if they didn’t fix it the first time, the second time was free. Yeah, I call bull. I got my car inspected that day, driving right from that Pep Boys to the station. The next day, when my engine light was on, I took my car to an actual shop and haven’t stepped into a Pep Boys since. I’m sure they’re good for parts but I’d rather go to Auto Zone or Palmer’s or Mr. Tire than deal with incompetence.

Run of the mill

Bad place, shitty service. When you pay $ 100 for a diagnostic you are supposed to get all the details on whats wrong, not 50% of it. Paid $ 500 for a fuel pump and they did a shitty job. Check engine light still on, Labor was more then the parts! Seriously don’t go here. Find a cheaper place with better service cause i’m sure there are better places out there. And when i called to ask a few questions, the guy explained he can’t help me without another fee for another diagnostic. Just NO…
